I do recommend Lents Village. It's a nice facility and they got a nice manager. The area is very clean and very well managed.

Positives: Rents range 800 - 1,000/m Mostly 1 BR. Lawn, shrubs, raised garden area and patio maintained. Active and engaged Resident Activities Staff. 24 hr laundry access Small balcones and patios. Smoking area Many friendly neighbors. Negtives:High management turnover in 2023 (3 in 6 mos.) Poor quality inconsistant managementnt: Failing to show up during posted office hours, hands off approach. Policy of non-participation in resident community meetings. Pipes bursting/ major floodung in dining área during winter freeze. Dirty carpets in hallways: huge stains left for months in front of 3rd floor laundry room, Etc. Residents with multiple dogs banking, outside rat infestation due to residents feeding the squirrels. Homeless found sleeping in the entry area.
