Assessments are completed by our wellness director and staff prior to moving in, on a regular schedule post-move-in, and upon a change in baseline metrics.

Staffing is based on the care needs of our residents. The acuity levels of our community are reviewed weekly at a location level and on a corporate level monthly.

All doors leading to the outside have contact sensor alarms and camera monitoring; all entry points require fob or concierge access.

Being brand new means we can design our activities and outings around the hobbies and interests of our residents. From live music in-house to neighborhood walking clubs, we can make connections with residents who have similar interests within the community.

We have a growing and very robust crowd, from world travelers to Scrabble masters. You can find someone with similar interests and hobbies simply waiting for an elevator ride or by attending one of our many activities or outings.

Our community is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Concierge services are available from 8 am to 8 pm and all entry points are accessed and controlled through the concierge, fob systems, and staff on premise.

We send regular emails to update families, and calendars, and menus are always available. If it is a personal matter a phone call to the designated point of contact is made.

We are pet-friendly! Move in with your pet that is less than 25 lbs.
