"I toured Morada Midwest City. It was nice. It was clean. The rooms were smaller than what they were in the other facility. The biggest thing that I liked was the activities. They had daily activities. They posted it on the board, things of that nature. So that was a big win for me because that's something that my mother enjoys. The staff was very personable."

"My tour of Legend at Council Road was great. It was very nice. I was very impressed with the facility. They were very accommodating and very friendly. They showed us what they had. We had a meal there, and it was very good. The layout was nice. It was one story, which I liked. I don't care for the higher-up levels. I think they have a staff 24-hour, a nurse or somebody there, and that was good, too."

"The rooms where spacious with window to outside With on suite bathroom . The staff were fantastic. They took exceptional care of my husband who was bedridden The meals where all freshly cooked each day.. There where staff 24 hours a. Day. It is where I want to be when I am old!"

"They were having lunch when we visited Legend at Jefferson's Garden with a couple of the different residents. They all recommended it. They all said they were happy there. The dining area setup seemed a little dim to me. I'd like to see more lighting or brighter, cheerier decor. It seemed just a little bit dark. It's just my personal preference. I prefer light and airy. As other people get older they need brighter lighting to see good."

"I toured The Harrison of Oklahoma City. It was one of the newest facilities. It had larger rooms, and I was more impressed with it. The person who gave the tour was very knowledgeable and gave a very good tour, and all the information that I was looking for. And they gave me folders with information and a price range. They include three meals a day."

"The Village on the Park - Oklahoma City was very nice. From walking in the front door to walking out when we left, everything was wonderful. The people were wonderful. The two ladies who showed us around were wonderful in answering every question we had. The place was decorated to the nines for Christmas, not just in the lobby, but throughout the whole place. All of the people that we met, from the servers in the dining room to the people who take care of the maintenance, were very helpful in answering all our questions. The food was fine. It wasn't fine dining, but it was fine. The rooms that we looked at were adequate. We like their two-bedroom cottage very, very much. The Village on the Park would be one that will be on the top of our list."

"I fell in love with Lyndale Edmond. They had a two-bedroom-two-bath cottage, and it was perfect for what we were looking for. My friends and I are planning on coming back to Lyndale Edmond and scheduling another visit because I think that's what we want to live. There's a beautiful lake in front of the independent living, and so when I look out my front door there's a beautiful view of a lake, and so I loved that. The cottage was well-kept, clean, and very large, and it had all the amenities that we needed. It had a full kitchen. And it was exactly in the price range that we wanted. They were very helpful because they had never run across someone who wanted to move in three people (meaning a couple and a caregiver), and so they're working with us to try to find out how much it would be extra for a third person. They have been very accommodating. I enjoyed the tour that I took. I also toured the inside of the living areas. They have balconies, which is something that I want if I couldn't afford a cottage. They have a swimming pool and a clubhouse that you could use any time. They have a private dining area so that you and your family can go and have private dining if you want to. They have a barber shop and a beauty shop where you can get your nails done. They also have a game room and a pool table. They have ping-pong tables outside in the common areas. I love this place, that's where I want to live."

"The Legend of Edmond was bright and cheerful. I looked at their assisted living for my mom. It has lots of activities and good care. The negative would probably be that it's a little on the pricier side. During the tour, they gave me a dessert, and it was very good. There were all kinds of activity rooms, work facilities, facilities for physical therapy, a library, and lots of little places to sit and visit. It's just very well laid out."

"My wife and I toured Arbor House of Midwest City. We liked the quality of the living conditions. The service of the person who took us on the tour is high quality. The place is nice and beautiful. And the people are nice. We went there for a place to stay of a quality that we could accept and that was there. The offer for full service and programs of outreach going out into the city occasionally are the things that were very attractive to us. Some things were available inside assisted living that would keep us occupied like educational opportunities and social atmosphere. The location is so convenient for everything like shopping. There are auto mechanics and service stations, too. Everything is so convenient. I live right on the same street."

"I toured Legend at Rivendell. They have a separate unit and building for the memory care from the regular care unit. I think that would probably be good. The rooms were much smaller, and it seemed like nearly all the doors were open. They like to let their patients come and go."

"Brookdale Edmond Danforth is an excellent facility. I toured their assisted living. It has a very caring staff, and the residents seemed engaged. It is also a great place for people with mobility issues. I don't have anything negative to say about them."

"The room is nice and clean very nice size and has a full bath and closet. Food is great and all the care givers have been so nice and helpful with my husband. I love the activities they have, and it helps with keeping the residents busy and the activity director is just so great with all of the residents, All of them are so ready to help with anything that is needed and very compassionate."

"The Veraden was very clean. The tour was very informative. The lady that gave us the tour was very nice. The only drawback is they're a little bit more expensive than what I can afford. Other than that, it was very nice and very clean. There was no odor. The service seemed very well. They were very friendly and very helpful. The dining area was very clean. Everything was very clean. At the time we were there, they were getting ready to serve dinner, and people were coming down, and all seemed very happy and very friendly with the service they were getting."

"I toured Sooner Station University North Park. I've been watching it being built. I thought it was student housing because it said Sooner Station. I thought it was student housing until they put up a sign that it was a senior facility. I was like OK. I toured the place, and it being brand new, I walked in and just saw cleanliness. I walked around and saw how nice the place was. It was another nice place to go to. The staff was good. She was at the front desk and she showed me around, because she stayed at the front desk, but she did know what was going on there. She took me around all over and it was nice."
