"Reflection Living of Hutchinson's Bloom House was very clean and a fairly new facility. I think it's been built within the last two or three years. The rooms are clean and a nice size. They're private rooms with private bathrooms. The residents that were there when I toured seemed to be in very good care, and they were all very clean. The one that gave me the tour was very informative and gave me all the information I needed. The staff members that were working at the time that I was there seemed very happy with their jobs, and they were interacting with the other residents. The dining area was very nice and very clean."

"Its living quarters were very nice. The staff was great, very friendly, and knew the residents well. It felt like a good place for my mother. Most of the residents seemed happy, which was good. They had lots of great activities. However, they did not have an opening and my mother needed a place right away. The food was excellent."

"My mother and step father were residents at Waldron Place together for two years before my mother succumbed to a sudden illness and passed away. Let me first state that the staff were always extremely pleasant and helpful when I visited. However, it appeared in hindsight, that more attention could have been given to difficulties my mother was having with issues with my step father. Staff gave me my first indication when they told me when my mom was released from hospital they had a separate room for her to sleep in...I didn't know until then that she was finding his difficult blaming behaviour so tough she couldn't even sleep and had begged them to help her. It would have been helpful if they had been willing, or able, to assist her before she decided death was preferable over more time with constant negativity and criticism. I hope that the staff have now had more training in dealing with difficult elderly residents. "

"The Dillon Living Center is a wonderful, warm and welcoming place. My best friend's step-father is currently a resident and she has been so very happy with his treatment - both medically and personally. The facility is very clean and doesn't have that "nursing home smell". The staff are kind and always willing to help answer questions and concerns of her and her family and have made her step-father feel calm and "at home". The facility is on the campus of the local hospital so great medical care is available day and night. The nursing staff treat each resident as family - not just a name to be crossed off a list during their rounds. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing an assisted living environment. "

"I'm living in Pleasant Hills. It doesn't look anything like a nursing home. It has a very open atmosphere. They're just more comfortable. It's going to be my third week being here. The staff is hardworking, professional and nice. The food is great. They have art craft projects. There's a courtyard."

"My dad is a veteran and Pleasant View Home is an approved living place for them so I choose it for him to stay in. The staff is absolutely wonderful. When patient pushes a button, it goes directly to their nursing pager. If a nurse cannot answer the page at that time, it goes directly to another nurse in the front desk and she immediately goes and take care of it. Their food is amazing. "
