I'm living in Pleasant Hills. It doesn't look anything like a nursing home. It has a very open atmosphere. They're just more comfortable. It's going to be my third week being here. The staff is hardworking, professional and nice. The food is great. They have art craft projects. There's a courtyard.

I was impressed with the whole facility. They have nice big rooms which the workers keep clean & it all has a pleasant smell which many homes do not. All the staff were friendly & very helpful. When Covid hit and I was not allowed to go into my husband's room the staff made it possible to talk to him via speakers on either side of the window. My husband enjoyed the meals they prepared. He was not one that would take part in activities other than the church services. I feel like this facility is real well named. It really is 'Pleasent Hills'.

Our loved one was a resident of Pleasant Hills for two years. We looked at other places before deciding and selected it because of staff, cleanliness and small number of residents. When I was no longer able to care for my husband at home, I wanted to find a place that felt like home as much as possible. We found that at Pleasant Hills. He lived there for 18 months and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The staff was always helpful and caring. It was always neat and clean. The meals were almost all home cooked. You couldn't find a better assisted living center to call home.

My mom has received excellent care from Pleasant Hills. Not only excellent nursing care but personalized care that made her feel like she was part of an extended family with Pleasant Hills. I live out of state and was made to feel very comfortable in calling with any request or wishes for my mothers care. Pleasant Hills has provided the loving environment we wanted for our mother and see her thriving in such a nurishing environment we wanted for our mother. I would highly recommend Pleasant Hills for anyone's loved one!

The food is homemade and excellent. Having a smaller facility and high staff\low resident ratio makes for more individual attention. The staff is very caring and helpful and this home is immaculately clean. Overall, I don’t think I could have found a more ideal home.
