"My grandmother lived here for almost 2 years. The employees and other residents treated her like a family member. They were very caring and committed to her well being. I would highly recommend this facility if you need a small place for your loved one."

"The staff was caring most of the time. The facility always appeared clean but did sometimes smell of urine. The staff was always involved in improving their services and so requested in meetings held with the nurses and counselors. They did take great care in caring for the facility however the importance was always focused on the care and wellbeing of all of their patrons. I would and have recommended this facity to other friends who are searching for a place for their mother or father. "

"My mom was a resident for a couple of weeks I love Windsor hills as a whole they treated my mom with so much respect she was really sick when she got there so she's not with us anymore but I appreciate everything they did for her they are so professional thank you all so much they made her very comfortable everything she needed she got I couldn't ask for anything more"

"They are so sincerely caring. They will keep the family informed. This place isn't most beautiful but it feels like home. The food is great and they will cook something special if you ask. My mom is there, it feels like home when you walk in. I can't say enough about this nursing home. I have been on top of my mother's care and they work side by side with me to accomplish every goal we wanted with my mother. If you have any doubt about where to place your loved one this is the place."

"The Parc Place in Edmond OklahomaThe place was nice , rooms and bath nice. Food was good not great. Some of the staff were great and some were awful and not courteous. My wife was there for rehabilitation after hip replacement. Physical therapy was great. But her personal care by the nursing staff was awful. I had to stay there 24/7 to see she got to the bathroom when she needed. And had to start using a bedside commode and the staff would not empty it or collect the poop afterwards. I had to pile the poop and urine bags by the front door and sometimes they would collect them at night. Sometimes two days and it started to smell. The higher nursing staff were the worst as they were above helping a patient that had to go to the bathroom. I thought this place would be special for my wife’s recovery. Wrong! Call light took a lot of time for a staff member to come and the disappear and not return."

"My sister died in here and she was only 57. They say she died of a heart attack. This is three weeks after they dropped her and she broke her leg in 2 places. Very, very poor care. Don't put anyone you love in here! I would give them 0 stars, if I could. "

"Care for my mother started out fine. Over time the staff turned over and care diminished. Concerned for other patients as the staff is overworked. "

"We chose The Fountains at Canterbury for mom. They're easy to work with and the facility seemed real nice and clean. We've known other people that have taken their parents there. The staff we worked with was very helpful with giving us information we needed to place our mom there, and she was very professional and seemed to care. They have a salon. We liked it because at some of the places we've looked at, the residents would have to go out into the hallway and use the restroom to shower. The room that she will have at The Fountains had it right there in her room. They have a dining area, and she has a patio that she can go out on from her room. The hospital is not too far, and there's plenty of restaurants around."

"We visited a family member at The Lakes. It was okay. It was pretty nice when we saw her. When they run the holidays you can visit. We had a little celebration and dinner. It was really pleasant whenever we went to visit. The facility was clean. She seemed pretty happy. The staff was pleasant."

"The Grand at Bethany has been good. They've reacted to suggestions and concerns I had right away. They were very receptive. The activities are good and their therapy department has been very helpful to my mom. The food is also good, but the main thing I liked about it is it's consistent and on time. They have a library, a church service every Monday at 10, and a very nice outdoor garden that's enclosed. It's got a waterfall that pumps the water up and it's got flowers. It's big that you can walk around and get outside, while still being enclosed. You don't have to worry about outside sources."

"I put dad in Heritage Park. It's a dump. It's just really old and run-down, and there's no place for you to sit and visit with them. My daddy died 2 months ago. He was only there less than a couple of months. He loved the food. The food was good. It looked dirty just because it was all run-down. But the bathroom was always clean and it never smelled bad, so I'm sure it was clean. They would do sing-alongs in the morning. One of the nurses would play old songs on the piano, and they would all sing along. The staff was very nice. I guess that's what I liked best. I never felt comfortable visiting the facility. I felt like I was in the way. "

"Amazing care! This is an older facility, but the owners are remodeling and it’s looking better when I visit. More importantly..the care they provide my father is wonderful. He has been in a few other facilities, but is happier and healthier at Skyview than he was anywhere else. Staff is kind and helpful. They communicate with us (family) often to keep us updated on dad’s condition. He enjoys the activities and food. Wounds he had from previous facilities where cared for and healed here. I am over the moon pleased with this facility!"

"When you open the door at Grace Living Center, to your left is the dining area. I personally think that the entrance should be away from the residents where they are eating; that’s one thing I don’t like in nursing homes. All of the staff members that I dealt with were pretty nice. The food looks good to me. The rooms in this facility are not clean; the rugs were not sanitary. They should improve on their cleanliness. "
