We were very pleased with the care our loved one received. We visited at different times almost everyday. Of course this is a dementia care facility with state/federal guidelines for the safety and comfort of all the patients. Our loved one was well cared for and "loved on" for 2 years. The staff was caring and efficient. They met our expectations and made accommodations for our requests and needs. The room was always clean and so was our loved one. A memory care facility is not like home but we were grateful for the care they offered.

This place is amazing . They are all so nice and caring not only about the residents but the family as well. They went beyond any expectations we ever had . They sat with mebuntil.my gma took her last breath.

We were very pleased with South Park East, but it was not suitable for my mother. There were just some physical things as it was a multi-level facility that would have been more difficult for her to get around in. However, the residents looked happy.

You can be in any nursing home and still have problems. It first starts with the quality of staff. I you have one bad apple then most of the staff will follow. This particual nursing home needs staff that cares. Every time I go to visit my grandmother there is allways spills on the floor, stinch in the air, and most of all clothes are allways coming up missing. Every month my family is buying new clothes for my grandma for simple reason the laundry cant read or give clothes to who they belong. If I had it my way I would love to place my grandmother in another home.
