I actually like Brookdale Oklahoma City Southwest. It seemed pretty homey to me and I liked that it only had a limited amount of rooms. They were also able to work with us on the pricing. They were really sweet and we really liked them. They're really interactive and that's helpful for my mom. The staff has been great and I really don't have complaints. The dining area seems inviting and I like the area. They really try to get the residents involved.

I went to Brookdale Oklahoma City Southwest. I like everything about it. It was very clean and very well-run. I didn't like the price. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The facility was clean and it smelled good. They have a courtyard. It looked pretty with greenery and flowers out there.

The thing I noticed at Brookdale Oklahoma City Southwest was that the residents were interacting with the staff. It was kind of neat because they had different areas, like for example, they had a place for the men to go where they could work with simple tools and that type of thing. And then in the area for the ladies, they had places where they could do some sewing and that type of thing. I felt like the facility was a little bit dated, but it was still very nice and clean. The staff who assisted me during the tour was very knowledgeable, and kind, and she seemed to be engaged with the facility itself and with the residents.

I went to look at Brookdale Oklahoma City Southwest. A lot of people were out wandering or sitting. There was no staff watching. The director who showed us around, I would give a four rating. The staff never would make eye contact with us. The facility was not very clean. I saw dirty dishes.

I liked Brookdale Oklahoma City Southwest. The staff was nice. They had a lot of staff. They were very friendly and very informative. They had lots of activities. My mom is pretty high functioning for memory care at this point, so I didn't think that that was a place for her. They let them roam around freely, and I just didn't think that was the situation for her at this point. It was a good experience with the director and the sales manager. They were very helpful. The room was a little smaller than what she will have at the other facility, but it was nice and clean. It's just a big square room.

I liked Brookdale Oklahoma City Southwest. I put my moms name on the waiting list. It was very nice and clean. They had a big open area in the middle for the residents. However, in hindsight, it was too big. Nevertheless, it was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.

Brookdale Oklahoma City Southwest was a very nice and clean facility that looked like it had a lot to offer. They were having some kind of nice veteran thing with a cake when I visited. The staff was very knowledgeable and very nice. I really liked them. They seemed very interactive with the residents. The people looked happy. It was a little bit more expensive than the other place. The facility and the rooms were very nice.

I have visited this community several times, and each time I have found the residents to be involved in some type of activity, and having a good time. The staff is extremely attentive, and involved. The facility itself always looks great, It is a secured, and locked facility, and smells nice and clean. Its exciting to see the small changes the staff has made. Each time I visit, there is something new! The residents are truly treated like family!!

The rooms were small in Brookdale. They have indoor and outdoor carpet in the rooms so some of the rooms you can smell urine. It has a central living room but did not make the walls dead end. If you’re in memory care, I saw that as a problem. The staff was very attentive and informative. The dining room was set up in tables for four.

I had visited them twice and it was a lot cheaper. The whole building was a secured memory care and the residents couldn't get out. The doors that do open were the ones that opened going to the courtyards. The facility was clean. The staff was good. They had two dining rooms, one for people who needed more assistance and one that was more social and people could eat and socialize. Their rooms were nice. They had several stations set up throughout the facility. They got a section that looked like a business desk from 1930. They had a kitchen safely set up for men and women. They had actual workbench for men and women with safety tools. They had activity section set up for the usual things that old people do. It had a very nurturing environment for dementia patients.

Our family member, who has severe Alzheimer's, is receiving excellent care at Clare Bridge South. The facility is well maintained and the staff are very pleasant.

This facility is very poorly run. The costs are higher here than other facilities within the same area, offering the same services, but the facility smells of urine; some of the staff are quite unengaged, bordering on neglectful. The administrator has nothing but excuses for her non performance and is very inconsistant in her attendance during the day. When present, she spends most of her time in her office with the door shut and the blinds pulled. The staff is not being trained properly. Examples of what we experienced were: Frequently finding our parent in other peoples clothing. Lost items - including clothing. Coming in on the weekend to find the entire staff out in the courtyard smoking while one of the female residents was defacating on the floor. On another occasion, finding our parent sitting alone in the dining room instead of being taken back to their room after dinner. When attempting to talk with the administrator just given a lot of excuses about how she cannot control the staff and cannot be there 24X7. Our parent's room had a non-working smoke alarm (hanging from the ceiling). We notified the administrator of our impending move and the service became even worse. We gave her 24 hours notice of when we were going coming to move our father and that we needed all of his things (medications, supplied we had paid for and clothing all back in his room). When we arrived, nothing was ready, the administrator and her senior staff holed up in the nurses office and did not lift a hand to help; leaving their staff to scramble. When we made our final return to pick up our parents remaining items, one of their residents left via the door we were unloading under. Pure neglect on their part. We did not want the resident or his family to suffer, so we alerted them to the run away resident. The administrator was so intent on not cooperating with us and exhibiting passive/aggressive behavior that they neglected the safety of their resident. Please do not intrust your family with this facility.
