The staff at Windsor Hills Nursing Center are very nice people! At first it was clean and smelled fine. Over a short period of time rooms were not clean even their trays they ate on in their rooms were dirty! The rooms for two people are very small. The food was not that good. You could turn your light on and it would take at least 30 minutes before anyone would come to see what the resident needed. They did have Bingo for the ones who would play it. They did not give regular showers for residents who are in wheel chairs. I would suggest to check into other Nursing homes several times before your loved one goes in there. This place needs lots of improvements.

My husbands mother is in Windsor Hills Nursing Center Okc ,Ok since Sept 2021 to present. She has dementia age 90 kept falling at home. Doctor said she needed 24hr care around the clock. We have been very pleased with the staff and are very nice to the residents there. If you share a room with someone else they are small. Medicaid will only pay for semi private rms. They do have private rooms. It is clean and doesn't smell bad like some nursing homes! They play Bingo and try to get residents involved to have fun and socialize. They serve 3 balance meals everyday. You can eat out in the dining area or in your room. They also have a large big screen TV and couches to sit and watch tv or visit others. They have a patio out back so you can go outside to get some fresh air. Fence around it. Front doors are always lock so no one can just walk in ring door bell and they let you in. Blessing we found this place!

Windsor Hills Nursing Center took very good care of my husband. They served three meals a day, and they furnished everything. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They did have activities, but he didn't participate. They need to improve on the activities; they need more involvement.

My daughter was admitted here for two days after being released from OU medical she is a Stage 4 cancer patient, she never recieved her pain meds or antibiotics, so she was suffering greatly, the people there were totally incompetent, did not have qualified nurses or staff and could not communicate basis needs for their patients, did I mention this place was filthy, please don't let any of your loved ones enter those doors, we will be reporting them to the Oklahoma state health dept.

I'm very upset with the way my father was treated at this facility. He was hurt by someone who wasn't doing their job the way they were supposed to. This caused my father to have his shoulder dislocated and ended up in the emergency. These people that dont care for others should not have a license to run places like these. a nursing home is supposed to support someone who is already going through a medical problem not hurt them more!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
