My sister will be moving to her new apartment at Eden Park Senior Apartments. We had already looked at two senior living apartments. We ended up choosing them simply because of the availability of a unit and the cost. It includes all the utilities in the fee. It is very nice. It has lovely common areas. It is a three-story apartment complex. It has lots of group activity areas. People can join or mingle. There are activities within the facility. It is a step above (independently wise) an assisted living facility, so there are no meals provided or things like that, but you can have groceries delivered to the apartment building. It is fairly new. It is only a few years old. It is a senior apartment for over 55. They have one and two-bedroom apartments. It is very nicely done. They have a washer and dryer in the unit. They have ADA-compliant bathrooms. They have a call button in each room in the event of an emergency, and it is well secured.
