"My mother is at Orchard Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. We like the location and how nice the staff are. They treat her like I would treat her. Their service is pretty nice. You can't just go in their rooms right now because of COVID. You got to make an appointment a day in advance. The price is a bit high. She's very particular about food, but she said it's good."

"After having a number of health crises, and having to move our of her own home, my mother moved to Pickersgill Retirement Community. She lived a very isolated life before, and was not eating well. A year a a half later, she is living a healthy life, has made very nice friends, and is happier than she has been for years. Mom is happy, and we, her children, are happy with the facility. We are very involved with the facility caregivers, and feel that is an important component is making sure she receives good care. "

"Gilcrest is a wonderful facility, from the visitor accommodations including complimentary snack bar, luscious gardens and contemplation paths, and cozy, home-like environment, to the professional, respectful care given to all residents. There is even a non-denominational chapel available if one needs to pray. Admittedly, visiting my family member was not easy she was terminally ill and it was emotionally upsetting to see that she was unable to move on her own and feed herself. The staff at Gilcrest, however, made sure that they were available if I needed their assistance with grief counseling and always made me feel at home in the facility. The level of care given to my family member was superb. She was treated with dignity and respect at all times during her stay. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs help caring for a loved one in need of nursing, hospice, or rehabilitative care. "

"Blakehurst has been our home for several years and we are thankful we've made our home here. The friendships with other residents, both old and new, and the proximity to everything have been enriching experiences. We continue to be enormously impressed by the caring helpfulness shown to us by the staff at Blakehurst. And, of course, one of the unseen but very valuable benefits of moving to Blakehurst is that it is a gift to one's children. Now, they need not worry about the welfare of their parents! "My mom stayed in Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long Green, and this was much nicer. The biggest issue that they had was their call system when buzzing for help. That was a big issue when trying to get somebody staffed, and they were also running short of staff. The staff, food, and therapy were good. The building was very nice, and the parking was good. You had to be buzzed in, and there was always someone at the door to let you in. The facility was always clean when we were there. They had activities, but my mom didn't want to participate. I didn't see them post it. They have a nice community room. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and if I had an issue, concern, or complaint, I could take it to the heads, and they would address it. Then, they will follow up to make sure things have gotten better."

"I would first like to start out by saying how wonderful autumn lake at homewood is. The g.n.a's are absolutely awesome for the most part. The nurses are great. They do everything they can to make sure you get your medicine on time. The activities department is great. Admissions are wonderful. And I must say I have never been to a place where the administer who is mr.justin is so hands on and is so caring. He has an open door policy and I know this cause I have been to his office a many of times. So much to where he may change that policy. Lol. But for fear he is a great person who really cares about his patients. If I ever come back I hope it's here. And to my mom Mrs nakita thank you very much for everything you have done. You are truly the greatest and I thank you from the bottom of my heart."

"My mom is in rehab right now. She is at Good Samaritan (MedStar Good Samaritan). It is very good. I have no complaints with the place. It is a nursing home/rehab facility. Everything that they did was fine. My mother is being well taken care of. The therapy is great. I have no complaints about it. I highly recommend them. "

"I think FutureCare Good Samaritan has a good staff here. The entire staff does good work, and my team is particularly good. My room is usually very very clean, and they really have given me good care throughout the past month that I've been here. I think what's been most beneficial is the occupational therapy. Because of the staff and care I've gotten, I would recommend Good Sam to those in search of a place like this."

"I just completed 18 days of rehabilitation at Powerback. I was well taken care of and felt that the staff really cared about my progress. The communication among shifts was good. The property allowed for common areas, including a lovely outdoor gazebo, to go to instead of your room. The food was decent, especially good were the soups. Again, eating in the Cafe was a nice change. PTs and OTs really worked on preparing me for the steps at home. "
