My mom stayed in Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long Green, and this was much nicer. The biggest issue that they had was their call system when buzzing for help. That was a big issue when trying to get somebody staffed, and they were also running short of staff. The staff, food, and therapy were good. The building was very nice, and the parking was good. You had to be buzzed in, and there was always someone at the door to let you in. The facility was always clean when we were there. They had activities, but my mom didn't want to participate. I didn't see them post it. They have a nice community room. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and if I had an issue, concern, or complaint, I could take it to the heads, and they would address it. Then, they will follow up to make sure things have gotten better.
