I visited Ideal Comfort Assisted Living and toured for assisted living. It's not a good facility. I would never take my father there. The rooms are too small, and there's no privacy. It's not set up for level 3 care, so my father wouldn't have 24-hour coverage. It's not handicap accessible, and the neighborhood is not that great as well, so it just wouldn't be a good fit for him. The person who gave the tour was nice enough. That wasn't the issue; the person was okay. The only suggestion I will make is that I think they need to break down the number of people who are in there, I think they need more privacy and more staff. I think they are understaffed if they're going to offer level 3 care.
