My aunt moved to Loving Care Assisted Living, and I love everything about it. I love the staff and the cleanliness of the house. It's very welcoming and bright. How they treat my aunt is good. I love the meals that they prepare. Jasmine, the owner, was very forthcoming in helping me and facilitating the discharge of my aunt from the hospital to her house. They keep me informed, like updates about her. Her room is very clean. The beds are good and sturdy. She has a private bathroom in her room and plenty of closet space. Her door has a number so she wouldn't get confused and walk into the wrong bedroom.

I toured Loving Care Assisted Living. It was one of the places that I would not even consider. It's a three-story house. It had like 15 steps, but they had a stair lift. The rooms were a little bigger because it's a house. My brother wouldn't have a bathroom in his room because they had a community bathroom. I didn't trust the stair lift because if they didn't have eyes on him, and if he fell down the steps, that would be the last of him. The staff members were very nice. The places were neat and clean. The dining area was like a normal kitchen with a living room off the kitchen. They only have street parking too. I didn't like it. I would never put a family member there only because of the safety issue. The staff was friendly though.

Loving Care Assisted Living was great. This is the one that I would like to send my mother to. Jasmine was wonderful. She had a wonderful set-up. My mother enjoyed the people and staff that were there, including the residents. She had a great time. I loved it. Everything is in that one facility. They don't have it closed off for memory care and assisted living. It was a full assisted living facility. They just had special locks on the doors for wandering, so that they couldn't get them open. I felt comfortable because my mother wanders. The staff members were friendly and kind. They were laughing, and they could relate to my mother. They were talking to her, and she was talking to them. It was just a good conversation. Everyone was wonderful.
