"Sunrise of Annapolis was absolutely beautiful. People were lovely and you couldn't ask for anything more in an assisted living. It was just very expensive. That's the only drawback. They have a barber/hair salon, activities, games, and a nice dining room."

"When I arrived for my tour at Pasadena Home Care, there was a little confusion because I thought the tour was under my name, but it was under Caring. The person there was nice enough to still take me on a quick tour, so I was able to see it. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was. It was meticulously maintained and looks like it's run by all women, so it's very nice. I wanted to ask if I could stay for lunch because that's how good the food smelled. I can honestly say, it smelled like true fried rice. It smelled so good. I noticed they had fresh vegetables and fruits, too. The person who gave the tour walked me through so I could see the different bedrooms they had. I think they had 8 bedrooms, and they all looked nice. The patients also seemed nice and happy. I was there when a doctor or maybe a nurse was with the patients. The staff was very welcoming and very accommodating. As soon as I walked through the door, everybody said hello. I think it was a very nice atmosphere. They were very kind and helpful. It was a little disappointing, and it was not their fault, because I thought it was a perfect place, but the lady there said the last room was booked the day before. She did let me know that if anything happened to come up, she would call me. It's a really nice facility, and more like a home-type place. It's a home and not a building, so it's more intimate. I feel like the people there feel like they're being taken care of as an individual, and they're not just going to check off the boxes and move on to the next room. The place was also easy to find, and the parking was convenient. The outside was well-kept and taken care of, so it's nice. I would want my dad to be able to be there because I thought it was very nice, and they seem very caring."

"Spring Arbor Of Crofton was lovely. The facility was very clean and well kept. I especially like the colors on the walls and the carpeting. The staff answered all our questions. The dining area was very inviting. They had a salon. The outside area was very attractive."

"We had a very good tour of Celebration Villa of Manresa. The staff did a very good job and we appreciated it. She was very friendly, and the information she gave us was very good. The residents were very friendly. It just gave us a good impression overall. The layout of the apartment was good. It was an older building and maybe the outside could have used some help. There was some chipped paint and things like that. But overall, it looked very good."

"The staff is professional and very caring toward the residents. It's all very wonderful. The facility has 16 private rooms for its residents and one bathroom for every two rooms. The rooms are simple but clean and nice and all of them have windows that overlook the grounds. My mother likes it very much."

The residents look fine. I visited and I was happy. They have two houses. The grounds look peaceful. It's convenient for me. This is the facility that I may consider if my husband has to go into an assisted living facility. The rooms were fine. They have rooms with a private bathroom and they have rooms where you share a bathroom."

"This place is by far the best in Anna Arundel County. Around the clock care, a knowledgeable owner, and great meals. My aunts did respite care here and we ended up keeping her here. The owner and his staff went above and beyond to care for her until she passed. My family and I will be forever grateful for the care my aunt received. My aunt was bed bound ; the team frequently made sure she was turned and had creams applied. "I went to look at The Hamlet at Queenstown. The facility was well-run. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The amenities and the facilities were very nice. The staff was very friendly, they were there all the time, they lived on the premises. The amenities are kind of limited. It was very clean. It's not far from restaurants and hospitals."
