I toured Spring Arbor of Crofton. What I like least is the distance from family and the medical care that we've already established. What I like best is that it has a very nice campus. There are lots of outdoor spaces to assist the seniors around. There are lots of activities. The residents appeared to be engaged. It was more of an apartment-studio style, so residents were able to personalize more. We are looking at assisted living and being able to go into memory care. If I choose them, they have to come out and do an assessment. We went into the dining room. They have a very nice dining. They personalized it for all the residents for the afternoon. It was more on the upscale side, which is more than we were actually looking for.

I have been to Spring Arbor of Crofton to see their memory care for my father. I was actually given a tour twice, and my experience was very positive. The people there were very welcoming and forthcoming with the information. I like how it seems very comfortable and welcoming. The facility itself appears to be very clean and organized. An added benefit is that it is close to my home. I toured their assisted living in the beginning. A resident allowed us to come into his apartment to take a look and it was very nice. I also took a look at a unit over at the memory care. It's an empty one, but it was clean. I would have no problem with my dad moving right into that unit because it was move-in ready.

Spring Arbor Of Crofton was lovely. The facility was very clean and well kept. I especially like the colors on the walls and the carpeting. The staff answered all our questions. The dining area was very inviting. They had a salon. The outside area was very attractive.

We chose Spring Arbor of Crofton because they have the services that we need, a very comfortable atmosphere, and friendly people. During the tour, we were accommodated by 3 different people and they were great; they were nice. They didn't invite me for lunch but the chef gave me a treat.
