I would highly recommend Charter. It is a lovely facility with great food, wonderful activities and a caring staff. My Mother was there recently for vascular dementia and was very happy. Unfortunately, she suffered a stroke and left us in January. Our family is most appreciative of the kindness and caring that Charter provided to her during her time there. Thank you.

my experience was excellent from the moment i walked in the door. Robert, the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure me and my family had all our needs met in the front lobby even offered to help carry our belongings and you just do not see that anymore. Lauren made our move in experience painless and stress free as it could possibly be(given the circumstances). Also is very knowledgeable about memory care and her position. ). I havent had the chance to meet all the staff yet but im sure they are just as wonderful! Thank you charter ! the rooms are wonderful and the food seems great as well for what i saw.

I chose Charter Senior Living of Annapolis for my husband mainly because it's strictly memory care. They only have patients there that are there because they have dementia or other memory issues. Some of the places that we visited were newer, more modern, big, and overwhelming kind of places, which I thought was not a good fit for my husband. He would have just been overwhelmed by too many people and too many activities. This is a smaller establishment. It's quiet and they're experts in memory care, which is what he needs. The staff members I met were very helpful and they're all trained in memory care. They have a salon. It's a smaller establishment, so they don't offer all the bells and whistles.

I liked the fact it was strictly for dementia and Alzheimer’s. Everybody was friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed. They had church services.
