It had a table where residents could eat together if they wanted to. They also showed me the decks where they can sit outside in the patio area."

The people were constantly doing activities and not just sitting around. It was very enjoyable. The living atmosphere was very personable. It didn't look like a business or anything. "Angel Assisted Living, LLC seemed like a nice house. Their room was nice. There was a bathroom off of the room. The residents looked happy. It seemed like there were a lot of nurses and people working there. I didn't have anything negative to say about that place. I liked it. The people there were nice. When I spoke to Angel, she was pleasant and answered questions that I had. The residents were very talkative to me, which means they were happy. They were very pleasant residents. "My dad is currently in New Horizon Assisted Living LLC. It has an open space, and there's more room for the residents to walk around. It's a small community, and it is clean. The staff there doesn't tell me too much. The place is clean and everything is spaced out. It has wooden floors, and it's easier for them to move around. They have a dining area and a little courtyard where the residents can go out and sit."

"We kind of got off to a bad start at Tribute at Melford because we had to wait a half hour to have our interview. The staff said that the person who was ahead of us took longer than what he figured it would be, and it seemed there was only one person who could take us around. It seemed like a very busy place. It was quite loud. They were playing bingo and a party or something was going on. But when we walked in, there was a huge fireplace, and it was very nice. They would provide 3 meals a day. You could not cook in your apartment, and that was a downside because I do like to cook. They had a gym, a very small library, and a beauty shop."

"I toured Fran Cares. The facility was very clean. The staff was very brilliant and showed me around. The rooms were clean and had a large bedroom. The only downside that I had with that particular facility, it only had one large bathroom that everyone used."
