"We toured Harmony at Enterprise. It's very quiet and clean. Nakia was extremely helpful, outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable about the independent living system. The dining area was very nice, restaurant-style, and the facility was like a cross between a hotel and a resort."

"Resilient Care Assisted Living was very clean and very organized. They had the menu up of what they would feed the residents. The staff was very nice, very pleasant, and very welcoming. The manager owner herself is a registered nurse. She and her husband own it together. They also have another manager on staff, who's also a registered nurse and I like that fact, and the fact that they want to be involved and they want to know all the information. They keep you involved. I met other residents and they seemed very pleasant. They seemed like they loved being there. They call their place home. If one of the residents can go and come as he pleases, he just has to be back in by a certain time, just let them know where he's going. I like the fact that they keep track of everybody and they let you know everything that's going on. They encourage families to always come and visit. It was very clean. They had ramps throughout. The few little steps they had, they had a chair lift for those steps to be able to get residents up and down the steps. The staff showed me the bathroom areas, and they were very clean and sanitized. She had sanitization products all around to keep the property nice, clean, and sanitized."

"We toured Henson Creek Assisted Living. The manager, Diane, we were very pleased with her and the tour. She was precise, polite, and patient. We saw some of the activities that the residents were doing, like an exercise class. They had it with the music and they had a person there. They had outdoor games and activities that had them interacting in groups with the caregivers, and watching TV and walking."

"Our Dad was a resident at Margaret's Place in Ft Washington, MD for a number of years. The house and rooms were clean, nice size and a place you'd call home. The food was well balanced, scrumptious and Dad was really spoiled by the staff's home cooked meals. It's a family-run business, very personable, and very professional. We saw the rooms. The rooms were good for the level of care. The people were constantly doing activities and not just sitting around. It was very enjoyable. The living atmosphere was very personable. It didn't look like a business or anything. It felt like you were at home where you could feel comfortable."

"Angel Assisted Living, LLC seemed like a nice house. Their room was nice. There was a bathroom off of the room. The residents looked happy. It seemed like there were a lot of nurses and people working there. I didn't have anything negative to say about that place. I liked it. The people there were nice. When I spoke to Angel, she was pleasant and answered questions that I had. The residents were very talkative to me, which means they were happy. They were very pleasant residents. "My dad is currently in New Horizon Assisted Living LLC. It has an open space, and there's more room for the residents to walk around. It's a small community, and it is clean. The staff there doesn't tell me too much. The place is clean and everything is spaced out. It has wooden floors, and it's easier for them to move around. They have a dining area and a little courtyard where the residents can go out and sit."

"I toured Fran Cares. The facility was very clean. The staff was very brilliant and showed me around. The rooms were clean and had a large bedroom. The only downside that I had with that particular facility, it only had one large bathroom that everyone used."

From day one I was impressed by how they provided care for my mother that suffers from Dementia. They have a warm, welcoming environment and the personalized attention each resident receives is great. My mother is treated with dignity and compassion. They have various activities for the residents such as, physical therapy, dancing, bingo, and card games. They make sure their residents feel safe and valued every day. The facility is clean and thoughtfully designed for those with physical and cognitive impairments.
