We took my mother-in-law to Henson Creek Assisted Living Facility, and it's awesome. They are loving. They're kind, and they treat my mom great. It's an assisted living facility. Sometimes the food is not very good; that's the only complaint my mom has. The staff is very friendly and caring. When we come in, they greet us. Mom is happy and way happier than at the facility she was at. They have activities like bingo and puzzles. They watch movies. They have a salon to get their hair done.

We toured Henson Creek Assisted Living. The manager, Diane, we were very pleased with her and the tour. She was precise, polite, and patient. We saw some of the activities that the residents were doing, like an exercise class. They had it with the music and they had a person there. They had outdoor games and activities that had them interacting in groups with the caregivers, and watching TV and walking.

I visited Henson Creek Assisted Living. The tour was very nice but when I first got there, I was just standing there for almost ten minutes, and nobody even came to assist me. I had to walk into the facility and a staff member was sitting, eating, and I had to ask her if she could get someone to help me. That didn't sit too well with me. The rooms were very nice and very clean. I met several staff. It seemed to be very well-staffed. The staff I met was very nice. I met some of the residents and they were very nice. They have activity rooms, a beauty salon, a barbershop, and a laundry room. The rooms were very spacious. They have nice bathrooms and private rooms. It was a very nice facility.

Henson Creek Assisted Living Facility was a nice facility and a great location. It was a clean facility as well. The staff was very friendly. Each staff member that was in there had a smiling face. They had a good number of staff working there and friendly people as well. The rooms were furnished. They had decent size rooms. Each room had a TV, a bed, and a chair. The room was set up very nicely. It was a nice size room. I met some of the staff there were friendly. I was impressed. We took a tour of the kitchen and the place where they eat. We even met some of the residents that were there. I didn't see as many staff there probably because it was a fairly new facility. It was in very good condition because it was fairly new, and everything was clean throughout.

I went to Henson Creek Assisted Living. There was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for something more self-maintained facility. It wasn't suitable for what I was looking for. They showed me two rooms. One was bigger than the other with the same layout. There's a bed, a chair, a side table, and a bathroom. Then they had a common area with a TV, a couple of sofas, and chairs. They had an eating area with a few tables and chairs. However, I'm looking for a place where I can have my own kitchen and washer and dryer. The person who toured me around was Diane, and she was very pleasant and very informative. She explained pretty much what they were all about. It was a great tour. If I was looking for a place like that, I would recommend it, but that's not for me. I had a meal there and it was awesome. It was enjoyable, and it was warm. They had vegetables and chicken. It was very delightful. Everything was very clean, and the presentation was okay.

I liked Henson Creek Assisted Living. They just built new units, which are private units for the assisted living area. I was shown the multiple housing units, but I was more interested in the single units, so there could still be a little privacy, and a small amount of independence for my father. They had activities and I was able to see when they have the nurse come in to do the medication, to see the area where they do that, in the sunroom and the TV area where they kind of congregate, and where they eat their meals. So I was kind of pleased with that. She said that in the new rooms they're going to provide the furniture, which would be a bed, a reclining chair, a dresser, and a television. And then each of the independent rooms would have their own bathrooms, and that was another thing that I know that my father would appreciate is having that space that he would not have to share in that being a common area. Diane was very pleasant, very helpful. She was able to answer my questions and actually give me information that I probably wasn't thinking of, my questions that I didn't know to ask. And she was able to let me know about the dietitian and the food plan. She was able to tell me about how they have an elevator for those in the older units, which are the ones that I did get to tour. They have like two levels and they have like an older elevator. But then she showed me how all of these residents get transported. They always have somebody with them when they're in the common area where everybody is. So I was happy about that part. I think that's about it. Her demeanor was very caring and nurturing, so I felt very comfortable with how she related to some of the patients as well as the staff. It was a pleasant experience. I was very happy once I had gone because it was the first one. But she made it a pleasant experience, and comfortable.

I've been to Henson Creek Assisted Living to tour. It was a toss-up between this place and the one we ended up choosing, but this one was just more expensive. They had shared rooms and private rooms, but they were just more expensive than what we could do at the time. They have a salon on site, they have a therapist that comes in, the staff was very nice, and the also owner was great. Before COVID, they used to do a lot more events that included families, which was very nice to hear. It was nice to see how the residents along with the staff interacted with each other. They have all things that matter, and they're also building a new facility right across the street from where the current one is. And that one will have an actual physical therapy gym within the facility.

We toured Henson Creek Assisted Living. The residents seemed content and happy. They seemed to be very accommodating. They obviously had measurements in place for COVID and measurements to minimize exposure and everything. The person who took me around was knowledgeable.

My tour at Henson Creek Assisted Living was ok. It was nice but kind of dark since it's an older building. I wasn't impressed with the facility. The staff that gave the tour was very pleasant and very accommodating. The bedrooms have a microwave, the dining area was kind of small since it's a small facility. It could accommodate my aunt's needs, it just wasn't my first choice.

We were greeted by Diana the minute we stepped into Henson Creek Assisted Living. She's the person that manages the day-to-day operations and she was very pleasant, very professional, very warm, and very caring. She was just an exceptional person. The facility was also exceptionally clean. They had several options in terms of rooms. The residents had made their rooms very personal. It was almost like they were at home. The open areas were very homey. In the dayroom, there were several people watching TV. Then there was another lady in a different day room doing puzzles. The dining area was very clean as well.

Henson Creek Assisted Living looked a little bit like an apartment to me. The staff who gave the tour was great. We saw just the assisted living because they had construction going on so you can't visit the other site right now.

I went to Henson Creek Assisted Living for my aunt. I was very pleased with it. It was clean, the people were very warm, very family oriented, it's a small community with 15 residents, and she loved this place. We're so impressed with it, and we know that's where we want her to be. The dining area was more of a family style. It's a nice eating area, and we've been to a large family. On my second visit, they had a bible study, but they were watching a movie on my first visit.

They really care for each resident and treat them like they are special. The residents seem to really enjoy staying there. My grandmother lives there and I’m very pleased! It’s great to see that they are expanding their facilities.

Henson Creek is a good place and it's in a nice area. They have a lot of good stuff for the seniors. Theyre really attentive to the residents, which is a good thing. I would recommend people go check it out. The parking spot was spacious.

We toured Henson Creek Assisted Living. It wasn't up to our standards as far as of having the appropriate recreational areas or activities for their residents. We have concerns about the quality of the community itself. It's large enough but didn't appear to be adequately maintained. The room I saw was very small and seemed to be an individual room.

Henson Creek Assisted Living was a nice place, but it was something that my relative couldn’t afford. I was pleased with it and had no complaints against it. The staff was very polite and answered all the questions that we asked.

Henson Creek Assisted Living is OK, but I was hoping to get a single or double room with a bath. The price was pretty good. The room I saw was OK and double occupancy. The staff was OK. They serve three meals a day including snacks.

Henson Creek was my No. 2 choice. They did have shared rooms, but it was a clean and neat place. I liked it because it didn't have as many residents. They had a dining room, a library, and a beauty parlor, which the other one has too; they have some of the similar things. I didn't witness any activities, but I know they had church services, and they have a church that comes over and has lunch with them periodically. The staff seemed to be knowledgeable, and the place seemed to be clean and tidy.

My sister-in-law has been in this Assisted Living Center for approximately 2 years. I visit her at least once a week and I have found the care to be excellent. She has acclimated herself to this being home. I am very happy that she has adjusted so well.
