Harmony at Enterprise

My father moved into Harmony at Enterprise last February. What he likes best about the place is that he can control his own heat, and he does have more privacy. The staff is very good. It's a new place, so they're making different adjustments as far as the facility itself and of course, hiring. But other than that, the staff that we have met and have helped him have been very, very good and pleasant to work with. They have different-sized rooms, but we found a studio that's adequate for him with his living space, a small kitchen, and his own bathroom. He's getting used to the food, because where he was before he wasn't eating hardly anything at all. So he's getting adjusted to this. And they also have just hired a new chef starting this week. So that's probably going to make a difference too. But he is eating much more food now. For activities, they have bingo, movies, and outings. He hasn't been to any of those things yet, but they are offered. He has space here where once he is mobile enough, he can move around in his wheelchair or walker. There are hallways and pubs and little visiting areas where you can sit around. He can have visitors at any time. They have a barber shop and a physical therapy room. And they do have outdoor areas where you can just sit out and enjoy the daylight, and sunshine.

Harmony at Enterprise was beautiful, and the apartments that they had were very nice. We were very much interested in a pool, which they did not have, so that was one of the downsides of that. But they said that they do have a van that goes to a swimming pool in Glendale, I believe. They had a beauty salon and a gym. They had housekeeping once a week, and then they would provide one meal a day. The staff who gave the tour was very good and she answered all the questions that we had. She was kind of bubbly and she was interested in what we were looking for. She seemed upfront about everything.

Harmony at Enterprise was a nice facility and it was very clean. The tour guide was very friendly. They would provide one meal each day. They had an activity room and a library. It seemed like it was a very interactive environment. The staff was very nice. They did have a nice dining room. It was very clean and set up for its members to be interactive. It was a brand-new facility, and it was well organized.

We toured Harmony at Enterprise and we liked the cleanliness and the overall appearance of the place. We visited the independent apartments and they looked nice, well-organized, and clean. The staff member was very nice, very informative, outgoing, and answered all of my questions. She told me who is going to be in the area in terms of providing support. She briefed me on all the amenities and the accessibility to everything that they had to offer. They talked about medical support. They talked about having people that could work virtually with my wife in terms of one-on-one based upon what our needs were. And they said they had 24-hour support. My only concern was that the apartment was a little smaller than I would have liked. The dining area looked nice, clean, and inviting.

The tour at Harmony at Enterprise was excellent. It was a beautiful facility, and the staff was excellent. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The facility was brand new. There were very, very few people living there, so the place was immaculate. They had a game or activity room and a movie theater.
