My mother is in Resilient Care Assisted Living. The care that they provide is excellent, and I'm very happy with it as of right now. They have all types of board games and activities to try to stimulate their minds, but as the weather is breaking, they may be able to take them outside for exercise. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and she seems to like it. She's always complimenting the food, so that's good. She seems to be comfortable in her room, and she says it's nice. She has a semi-room, and she likes her roommate. The staff is pretty good.

Resilient Care Assisted Living was very clean and very organized. They had the menu up of what they would feed the residents. The staff was very nice, very pleasant, and very welcoming. The manager owner herself is a registered nurse. She and her husband own it together. They also have another manager on staff, who's also a registered nurse and I like that fact, and the fact that they want to be involved and they want to know all the information. They keep you involved. I met other residents and they seemed very pleasant. They seemed like they loved being there. They call their place home. If one of the residents can go and come as he pleases, he just has to be back in by a certain time, just let them know where he's going. I like the fact that they keep track of everybody and they let you know everything that's going on. They encourage families to always come and visit. It was very clean. They had ramps throughout. The few little steps they had, they had a chair lift for those steps to be able to get residents up and down the steps. The staff showed me the bathroom areas, and they were very clean and sanitized. She had sanitization products all around to keep the property nice, clean, and sanitized.

The tour at Resilient Care Assisted Living was fine. It's in a nice neighborhood, the neighborhood was quiet. They had a stairlift that would take the residents up and down the stairs. I think all the rooms were shared. And I told them that wouldn't work for my husband. He would need his own room. The biggest thing for me was there were no men there. I said, "Where are all the men? Do you not take men? " And she said, " Yeah, yeah. We take man, we just don't have any." So I wouldn't want him to be the only man there. The place itself was nice. The rooms were decent. One person assisted me, a woman, and she was showing me around. She showed me an example of their menu, which was fine. She did a good job showing me around. She said they had board games. They might go for a walk in the neighborhood, but they let their relatives take them out if they want to go out.

I am considering Resilient Care Assisted Living for my husband. The co-owner called me beforehand to make sure that I was still interested. The place is very, very nice. It's clean and feels brand new to me. I asked him if he had done the remodeling; he said no and that he bought it like that. He showed me what types of food they would be eating, and it looked good. He said it was all homemade food. The rooms were very clean and nice. My husband will be in a semi-private room, which is good. He would have his own area. They have a lift if they want to come downstairs to the common area. The kitchen was gorgeous.

Resilient Care Assisted Living was very clean and the people were very friendly. They showed me the shared rooms and the private rooms. They were small but adequate. The dining area was pretty nice. It had a table where residents could eat together if they wanted to. They also showed me the decks where they can sit outside in the patio area.

We like Resilient Care Assisted Living because it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Even the residents that were there, seemed very lively like they enjoyed being there, and the residents have a good relationship were with each other. You can get a good sense of that. When we went to tour the place, everyone just seemed to have very good energy. And we also liked the fact that they have activities for the residents. Also, the owner is a nurse and both of the owners seemed very dedicated to what they do. So that's why we're going to choose that particular site. One of their common areas is a TV room, they have a nice backyard, a nice patio, or a large deck area for the residents to go on. They do trips for all the residents and take them to things like bingo nights and different events.

I was dissatisfied with Resilient Care Assisted Living. I was very disappointed with the exterior. It lacked a lot. It had a very unappealing curbside with the grass and the mowing. There was paint chipping. When I came in, the living area where I was greeted at had a lot of boxes and equipment. It wasn't inviting at all, and it had an odor. It was not welcoming at all. It's not a place I would feel comfortable having my mother in. Most of the residents pretty much stayed in their room. I heard because of COVID, they had limited activities and that sort of thing. It looked more nursing care to me. Maybe some required that, but it was not the environment that I was looking for my mother. I think she would have quickly gone downhill with that.

I toured the Resilient Care Assisted Living and they were very friendly. The staff showed me everything, took the time to talk to me, and we talked to some of the residents there too. We walked through everything like the places that my sister is going to be eating in. She showed me the food that she's going to have too. She showed me the bathroom and everything there. They had this cleaning thing for hygiene reasons with Coronavirus. We talked about what my sister likes, like reading or playing games, and what she wants to do with her time. She explained and took note of everything while we toured. I explained to her that my sister doesn't have much memory. She asked me if she can take care of herself, like bathing and putting her clothes on and things like that. I don't know what they specialized in but I was looking for assisted living for my sister. One person was sitting next to one of the residents when I was there. There are two people playing games too. This lady who, I think, owns and manages the place gave me other information. I think it's good that they have people there to look after the residents. They offered something in a packet that had a checklist and some cookies. The facility looked very clean. Outside, the backyard was nicely mowed and everything. They had a place for the clients to sit on, like a porch.
