I liked Serenity Garden Manor. It was nice and clean. I liked the lady's spirit. She was nice. She showed us the place where my mother will be, and it was nice and clean. It was private. It felt more like home. My mother would have to share a room with another woman, so it was like two in a room. The staff told me they have activities like games and making things. They have a sitting room and a family room where family visits. She said I can come and get Mom whenever, but let her know. When she needs to go to the doctor, I will have to be the one to take her, but just let them know, so they will have her ready. They will give her her medicine. She said they have round-the-clock help. They provide healthy meals and some might have special food for diabetes or other condtions. They have a chair to help get mom up the steps. If she can't walk, they have a wheelchair. They have a walk-in shower, making it easy for them to get in and sit in the chair to be bathed.

My friend will move into Serenity Garden Manor. It was nice. The people were friendly. It was clean. It looked like it was well-kept. They had a stair lift. We met the owners, which was nice. The location was good, and the parking was good, too. The two ladies we met were friendly, kind, and patient. The facility was nice, and the rooms were big.

I went to Serenity Garden Manor and visited the assisted living, but they also provided memory care. I liked everything about it. I liked the neighborhood and how they had things set up. I had no negative things to say about the place. It was clean and everyone looked like they had been taken care of. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I would give it a 10. They have a great sitting room with access to the outdoors where they're able to stretch their legs and get some air. They also have a nice-sized backyard for gatherings and I liked that. They weren't cooped up in their rooms and doing nothing.

Serenity Garden Manor is a beautiful and well-maintained home. It's clean. I was given a tour by the owner. They didn't have any single rooms available, but they said they might have some time in the future. They have a chair lift, but it seems like accessibility into the home is a question. I met a couple of the residents. They were fine and friendly and all that. The owner was very forthcoming, very honest, and sincere. I felt like she was giving me straight talk.

Serenity Garden Manor was OK. The staff members were wonderful, very personable, understanding, and funny. The place is nice, but it's just old and needs some updating and some repairs. There was an area where the roof was hanging, so it could use some repair. They had certain areas in the building that were really nice. The rooms were wonderful. Then you go past other areas, where it wasn't all that great.

Serenity Garden Manor was very nice. Everything was very clean. The people were professional and looked like they took such good care of their residents. They had a nice dining area and a little recreation room with a TV. The facility was on two floors, so they had stairs, but they had a chair lift to come down. The rooms were nice as well.

I visited Serenity Garden Manor. They were very caring nurses, and the place was clean. The residents weren't there, they were on a little tour bus. I did meet two people, I talked to them, and they liked it very well, they had no complaints. There was only one bed left, and that could be for my mother. It was very nice and clean. She would have a bathroom right across the hall from her. Whatever you need, they will accommodate you on that. What I like about it is, they have a physician's assistant that comes in once a month for shots and stuff for the residents. They had stairs, but they had a stair chair, and they had to ride that chair. They had a little sunroom and activity room, which was nice. They had a dining room, and it was very clean The staff who gave me the tour, was very accommodating and answered all my questions. I liked her a lot. The facility was clean. I saw the kitchen, and it was clean, but they were finishing breakfast into lunch. The bathrooms were clean, and everything was tidy.

My husband stayed at Serenity Garden Manor. The overall experience was good. He was happy with the services. Communication with the staff was perfect. They have a sunroom and different rooms for the people. He had a private room and it was close for him to get to the restroom. It was very clean. I think they kept it up pretty decent. There were no complaints on my end or my husband's end. He said that everybody was nice and everything, but the cooking wasn't the greatest. The staff was excellent.

My tour at Serenity Garden Manor was very nice. Gail was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and she knew a lot about what she was talking about. She kind of answered the questions that I had before I had them. The place was very neat and clean. She said that they do activities, but I didn't see anything going on when I was there. She's very kind to her residents. She showed me a room, I saw the resident looking at the TV.

This is a classic Baltimore home with high ceilings, stained glass and oak molding. The rooms are spacious and warm. The bedrooms are mostly semi private but very spacious. The staff is very friending and shows care and personal interest for the residents and they encourage activities. There is a sunroom and a out door deck that is inviting for activities and socializing. Everyone seems to respect each. There's always a delicious aroma of home cooking from the kitchen. I like the attentive care given to my friend.
