Autumn Lake Healthcare at Loch Raven

My husband moved to Autumn Lake Healthcare at Loch Raven. They have double rooms. They have some rooms that has three people in them, and then they have rooms that only have one person in them, but most of their rooms are double rooms. They have both long-term and short-term. They have lounge areas. They have a cafeteria. They do things in those rooms. They also have a place where the people go sit outside if they want. It's a nice facility. There are just certain things that I feel they lack and like, sometimes it's not as clean when I come in. They don't always get him up, and doing things he's planning to be in all the time. I have problems with that. He needs to be up and doing stuff, but it seems that they always used the thing of their short staff, things like that, but overall, as a facility, I think it's an okay facility. The staff is okay. They're pretty mindful of what's going on, it's just they're not consistent. When you make complaints, they try to honor those complaints or when I make suggestions or I say something about something I'm not too keen on, they are pretty good at stopping and listening and making those decisions that need to be made.

Rooms are great food is good staff is wonderful the maintenance boss and his crew are awesome they deserve lots of compliments they are the ones that keep the faculty up and running.they deserve something nice and possible a raise everyone looks at the health care staff but not the crew for maintenance they are the one that need the credit the supervisor of maintenance is very nice and works his butt off and his crew

Lochraven is a wonderful facility with a great housekeeping/dietary department and nursing does a great job taking care of the residents. Levi has a great wealth of knowledge and always supports his staff, thank you Levi and your team..

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Loch Raven was relatively clean and neat. Everything was what I would have expected it to be. The person walked me through, and we checked the rooms out and all the areas of the facility. It's more like a hospital setting. They have a few single rooms, dual occupancy, and triple occupancy rooms.

DO NOT SEND a loved one here! Mice infestation, neglected! My mother is currently here and has been since 1/19/22 from the moment she got there issues. Every day mice are running around. The nurses refuse to give her meds the way they need to be taken, takes her sugar after she eats if at all... Cold food. They don't respond to nurse call button. They left my mother in a dirty diaper for 12+ hours. When u call and ask to speak to the nurses, and try to get answers the nurse excuses my mother of lying to me. She was sent here for after hospital rehab. Her rehab team is great! But that's only a 30mins a day care. I'm currently on hold to speak to a supervisor it is now going on with 5 mins and still holding!
