When I first put my relative in this place the rating was five star. It should now be 2 star. My brother was there less than 3 yrs.. and I have seen it change names 3 times. Also administrators more that 2 times. I had to report them to the um-buzman, Towson County Health Agency, on several occasions. My brother had clothing stolen shoes stolen and food. My sister's and I have had to clean his room, and make his bed on several occasions. In other words try the next home on the list. When it comes to the staff two of the nurses on his floor were the best people you want to deal with. Young girl named Renee and the other her name is shy excellent nurses they were the best best ones I've ever dealt with.

We were on the rehab side of ManorCare Health Services. The rehab people were good and the technicians were good. They have regular hospital food, but nothing extravagant. They need to have more supplies, like toilet paper and wipes available.

I was able to visit ManorCare Health Services-Towson, and it was very good. I moved my grandfather to this facility, and they took very good care of him. Kudos to the nursing staff and the special services.

I’m not happy with the care my wife is getting and she's not progressing like I hope. Manorcare is where our insurance sent her. She’s supposed to be getting physical rehabilitation but she has a variety of problems, and I don’t think they’re addressing them all there. She has some mental health problems also and then they’re not equipped to deal with that there. I think they are trying their best. I’m satisfied with the staff. They are friendly and courteous, but I don’t think they’re equipped to handle the types of problems that my wife has outside of physical therapy. The doctor has verbalized to me that maybe she needs to be transferred to a different place that can handle her problems. But the facility is clean. They do have a good physical therapy staff and they try to help out as best as they can.
