Little Flower is an answer to prayers on a caring, safe and nearby facility for our Mom. The staff is very attentive and caring to residents. I also like the smallness of the facility... seems more like a family home environment rather than a medical institution.

I went to The Little Flower Assisted Living. It was really nice, we really liked it. Everybody was very friendly. It was definitely one of the best ones I've toured. The staff was great. The room was nice. They were remodeling everything, so everything was very clean, new looking, and very pretty. They have a salon, which is really good.

The LF staff is an amazing group of people. They are compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. Since I do not live in NC, I depend on the staff to help my mother and I have full confidence in them. I also feel that the smaller size of the facility is a great advantage because it provides the intimacy and friendship that seniors need. From the administrative staff, nursing, cafeteria and cleaning staff, each person is dedicated to the well-being of the residents and they all go well beyond their official duties to provide this. I am truly grateful to all of them.

My mother-in-law lived at Little Flower for 6 years until her passing at age 101. She loved the facility, the staff, the activities and always complimented the food. My husband and I and our family were so pleased with the amazing care she received at Little Flower-they deserve 10 stars instead of just 5!

My father was a resident at The Little Flower in Mint Hill, NC and we consider ourselves blessed to have found the place. It's not a huge facility and it's size is really part of its charm. The staff works together as a team and truly cares for the residents. I could not have wished for better care for my father and am eternally grateful he was there when the pandemic started. He was extremely well-cared for when we could no longer be by his side.

Little Flower is an absolute jewel. My mom has been there for 4 years. I know that she is in the very best facility in Charlotte. I trust the staff and the management. I recommend Little Flower to everyone who is looking for a safe and loving facility for their family. I have even told my boys that when the time comes, Little Flower is where I want to be.

I have been volunteering there since 2001 with another family. We love it! Little Flower has all kinds of activities for the residents and also have great volunteers that help them add to activities. They look for different ways of entertaining the residents. My mom is now a resident there. She's blind and they take exceptionally good care of her. I highly recommend Little Flower Assisted Living. The staff is wonderful!

Little Flower seems like a tightknit, friendly, and a charming little place. They have a little chapel inside there. This used to be one time owned by or in relation to the Catholic Church. It almost looks like a convent inside the way they have a chapel. Maybe a lot of the people there could be from a Catholic background. I was only there twice, but it seems fine. The people seem happy and content. This is what it looked like, but I don't know how it was after hours or weekends. That is when you really know the place is taking care of the people. I liked it, but there was no availability; plus in terms of money, it was a little bit more expensive. It is a little bit high, but it was nice.

The Little Flower is small, it is economical, the people had been there forever, and it is church run. They have been open for nineteen years, and most of these people had been there the whole time. Like I said, it is very small, and this is what we like about it. It has forty assisted living people in it. When we were there, there were people mopping the floor and cleaning, so it was very clean as far as we were concerned. They have a lovely dining area. They have nicely sized semi-private and private rooms with their own bathrooms in them.

I really loved The Little Flower Assisted Living Residence. That was the one I had chosen for my mother twenty years ago, but she never went there. It flashed into my mind, so I went there, and it was beautifully kept up. It has a lovely atmosphere, very caring people. That's what I would have chosen for my husband too, but they have a waiting list. He is number 8 on it, so I am not sure if he can move there. The dining room was open and very pleasant. Activity rooms were very pleasant. People were sitting on the back porch, but the porch was being renovated at some point, so nobody was there, but I was told that it was where a lot of people liked to sit. What I liked best about it was that their assisted living and memory care were together. They have more staff per number of clients.

The Little Flower Assisted Living was very nice. It was smaller but it seemed more homey. It was also very clean. Their rooms were of nice size. The dining hall was very nice as well. The staff was very nice there too.
