I'm in Summer Haven. It's a beautiful community. You're in a hub, all your doctors are right here, you can walk to the doctors, but it has no excitement whatsoever. I moved in last December. You can be quite independent. The management is split between three more complexes they own. They will service this place in the morning and run to the next place, so they really don't have much time to focus on this place. They keep up the place and go on to the next. The mall is right up the street. All the shopping you need about a mile and a half away.
