My mom is at Ardent Assisted Living Facility, and it is a private residential facility. The staff is great, and mom adjusted very well there. They are quite helpful and really care about their residents. They have different types of programs for the different types of residents, so it depends on the level of care needed. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I love their helpfulness and the way that they care not just for the residents but for the supporters of the residents -- like they were very supportive of me. The rooms are nice, and it is a good facility. My mom has enjoyed the food, and she is picky. They have activities, but with COVID there's not really much they can do. They do allow family visitors. We had a birthday for my mom, and they were very accommodating to allow us to be out on the porch in the back. They allowed us to be able to go out there and spend some time with her.
