At Harmony at Waldorf, everybody seemed positive. There are a lot of activities in the facility that my brother could participate in. That is one of the places that I've been thinking about putting him in. It was very nice and they had a lot of activities and I enjoyed the staff I met. The staff was very professional and very pleasant. I did get a very warm feeling from the staff there. They seemed to care about the patients. It's very clean. The structure of the building was very nice and it was very well set up. I did like them. There wasn't anything really that I didn't like about the facility. The room looked very nice and clean. The layout was like a one-bedroom apartment, more or less. You had your bathroom, your bedroom, and a little sitting area. I felt good because everybody was smiling, even the residents, they looked like they were engaged. I like the fact that there was someone always at the door in the reception area and that person was very pleasant. It smelled clean and fresh.

My mom moved to Harmony at Waldorf. They offer a lot of stuff in the community, and she is doing fine. It's very nice, but they have a locked door for security reasons, so they don't leave and run. Her apartment is a beautiful one-bedroom, and it's very nice. They have a theater, a beauty salon, and activities every day, such as memory games. They have lots of lounges. However, they're short-staffed. I've eaten there several times, and the food is good.

My father has been up at Harmony at Waldorf for three to four weeks. The people are very active. They have a lot of activities for the seniors who live there. The staff is very nice and considerate. The facility is very nice and very clean. They keep the people there engaged. There's a lot of really good space so in case you have someone who needs wheelchair access, the hallways are nice and wide. The rooms are spaced nicely. It's very nice. It has nice scenery from the windows and very nice sunlit rooms. My father said the food was pretty good. The money value is good. We get a lot more down in this area, particularly than you do in some other areas that we've been to. They give you what you need for your money. My father's doing well with the payments coming off his insurance. It's going really well.

We chose the Harmony at Waldorf for my mom because of the cleanliness, what they had to offer, and the staff. It was not the price. It was a little high, but it's worth it for what healthcare she is receiving. The size of the room she got is beautiful. The food is good. I classify it as a resort establishment without the beach. They have a movie theater, beauty salon, workout room, lounge room, TV room, and activity room. They have lots of planned activities scheduled every day. They have a dining facility.

We visited Harmony at Waldorf. It was great. The director who took us on the tour was very knowledgeable. She explained everything about the facility. The facility was nice. It's very clean and comfortable. We interacted with a few of the residents and they were very happy living there. The staff was very helpful. They have a hair salon and they were in the process of getting that up and running. They have a nice gym.

Harmony at Waldorf is a new facility. It felt more like resort-style living. The apartments were well equipped and laid out very nicely with high-end finishes in the kitchen. I liked that it's almost like you are renting an apartment, there is no large deposit that you have to put down. If you decide you want to move out, you only have to give them 60 days' notice that you're going to be moving out. That was good. The woman who took us on the tour, every resident we passed, she knew by name and addressed them by name. So it was nice to know that their staff knows the residents. The facility was just very impressive. It was modern. It felt comfortable, homey, and warm. It didn't feel sterile, not at all like a nursing home feel. We were very impressed with the amount of activities that they offer every month and with the menu that they offer. It was nice that with independent living, one meal a day which is dinner is included In your monthly fee. But if you wanted to partake for breakfast or lunch, you could just put money in your account and they would just deduct it from there. So that was more like a la carte, which was nice.

I went to look at Harmony at Waldorf. I liked the size of the rooms. It wasn't big, and it wasn't small. It was like a medium-sized room. I liked the management, the help, and the restaurant. I didn't get to see much, but I enjoyed what I saw. I didn't like that they didn't have a swimming pool. The staff members were excellent and very knowledgeable. They made sure that I understood exactly what was expected. The facility was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The dining area was very clean, pleasant, and welcoming.

They were very nice there at Harmony at Waldorf. They had lots of extras. They were nice and clean. The facility is only a year old, so everything was immaculate. It was a nice place for my mom to go. It was just a little too expensive. We saw the dining area. It looked like a restaurant. It was beautiful. They said they have two menu choices and they have a la carte if you don't like the menu choices. The staff was very friendly and asked if we had any questions. Anyone that I saw that was working was working with a smile on their face. It was immaculate. It was very nice. It couldn't have been better. We saw the movie theater and the game room.

I visited Harmony at Waldorf. The price of the apartment that I liked was a little steep for a single person. The building and the grounds are beautiful, but it is a little pricey for someone by themselves. I went on a tour there, so I saw the rooms where they have movies and things like that. I also saw the eating space and three different apartments. In terms of cleanliness, they seemed excellent. The dining area looked fine to me. They didn't have a pool, but they had a library, rooms where you could do movies, and entertainment rooms.

We're here at Harmony at Waldorf. They had the one last unit available, and my wife took it. I'm her husband and legal guardian, and I became a resident myself. I am staying with her to enjoy the independence of not having to worry about meals and cleaning and so on and I'm taking care of her. It just opened, so it's brand new and it's in good condition. Our room is clean and reasonable. It was the smallest one-bedroom apartment they had, but I didn't have a choice because this was the only one available. Everything else is taken. It's a clean place and it has good amenities, like a good kitchen, washer and dryer, air-conditioning, heat, everything. They have social activities. The dining hall is very clean. The residents meet each other. They have a movie theater, a game room, an internet room, wi-fi and so on. When you have a brand new building, there are advantages to it. Everything is clean. Everything has not been worn out yet. Maintenance is much easier to perform. The kitchen prepares the food and it's reasonable. I did not interact with many people. It's only the concierge, and they are usually helpful and friendly. It's what you would expect it to be for this kind of facility. It's not extravagant and it's not cheap, considering that it's a one-bedroom apartment. This is just a little bit higher priced than the one-bedroom apartment in any facility, which has nothing to do with old people or senior activity and does not provide services. It's reasonable. They have independent, memory care, and also assisted living.

Harmony at Waldorf was clean and kept up. It is fairly new. It is only a couple of years old, so everything is new and looked nice. They were very nice showing me the property. The rooms were quite spacious. I didn't think I'd get by with a 1-bedroom, but I saw a couple I could actually be happy in. The hallways were long. I'll be 85, so walking is a little bit of a problem for me. It was very nice. They told me they'll be up to 180 when they are full, but I didn't see one person. It was 11:30 in the morning, and I didn't see anybody moving around at all. There was nobody in the game room, so that concerned me a lot. I wanted to be in a place where it's a little more active than that. Maybe I was just there at a bad time, but that concerned me a little bit. They had pretty much everything there you could want. However, they don't have a lot of grounds or anything to do outside. I only met the one woman that showed me around and the receptionist. The menu looked fine, but I didn't try the food. They seemed to have all the facilities. They had a movie theater, a game room, and a library. Everything was clean and neat.

Harmony at Waldorf is a very nice place, but the price is a little too much. The dining area is beautiful. I think we looked at independent living as well. But she couldn't afford it either, because you have to purchase furniture and everything for that particular place. They had the movie theater room and the game room. The staff was okay. We didn't talk that long. She didn't go too much into the depth of explaining things and showing me other things that may be of interest to me as well. And I guess it's because of the price.

Harmony at Waldorf was very nice. The building was awesome and very well done. The outside was well-manicured. It had very nice parking areas and everything was just on point. The staff who toured me around was very nice, very cooperative, very helpful, and very informative. The dining area was very nice. It wasn't just a simple dining area. It was very nicely put together. They had a lot of amenities. They had transportation, a swimming pool, and community trips.

Harmony at Waldorf was nice, but it was too expensive. It's beautiful, and it's a new facility. They had a gym and a courtyard. The staff was nice. They did a great tour. The rooms were pretty decent-sized and nice. It's near hospitals and restaurants.

My brother has been living in Harmony at Waldorf. He transferred from independent to memory care. I love it, the caring staff, the cleanliness, and you feel like home. The staff is wonderful. They understood our situation, and they fast tracked him into the memory care real fast. They went above and beyond. He's in a room, and it's nice. It has a bathroom and a window he can see out. The dining area is gorgeous. My brother taught them how to play golf. They go on outings and trips. They have movie nights. They have a pool table. They have a bistro room. I wish I could move there. One of the things that we love is that they know him and we feel safe with him being there.

Harmony at Waldorf compares with the best of memory care facilities. The challenge for them is they're just opening up. If they hire experienced staff, then they'll have the experience, but they have just opened up their memory care. My mother would have been one of the first patients to move in there. They are taking in residents now. They've had assisted living already opened, but the memory care has just opened. The community is very promising, very clean, and very spacious. It's a very attractive-looking place. They have a good plan that's on par with the other places. They're very similar, in fact, to what they offer there in many ways. If I had the choice tomorrow, that's where I would take my mom. Their facilities are the best that I've seen. Their menu is very well-resourced. They have everything they need to prepare good food. I had a very thorough tour. They have a spacious kitchen. It's got all the needed safety features for memory care. They have a very nice dining area.

I went to Harmony at Waldorf. It's a brand new place. They have not filled the place up yet. I think mainly they have people in independent living. The staff said they hadn't even completed the floor for assisted living. Being a new facility, it was beautiful. They even had a walk-in closet, and I was impressed with that because I have a lot of clothes and I'm trying to get rid of them. Everybody was very nice. The tour guide introduced us to some of them and they were friendly. If I were looking for assisted living only, I wouldn't mind being there. I like the staff. But it does not offer everything. There's no nursing home and no hospice. They offered daily activities. It was posted on the board. The building itself is brand new.

The people at Harmony at Waldorf were friendly enough, but there was very little security and there was no place to walk outside. Everything was sidewalks and a parking lot. Someone sits at the desk, but I noticed that the people that were supposed to sign in, did not sign in. (I didn't know whether that was because she knew who they were.) I was told they had cameras, but I didn't see any. Another thing was the bathrooms were not off the bedroom. You have to leave the bedroom, then go around the kitchen to get to the bathroom. This is in all of their one-bedroom apartments. They provide appliances though and the kitchens are nice. They're fully equipped. They provide a dishwasher, ovens, a refrigerator, and a washer-dryer.

I liked the brightness, the spaciousness, and the situation of the rooms at Harmony at Waldorf. I was very impressed with all of it. The lady that showed us around was the sales consultant and she was excellent. The facilities seemed very nice. They have a movie theater, a happy hour place, and activities planned for them (to which they would be adding more to that).
