My parents lived in an Independent living cottage home. They are big! And the sun room is a nice added bonus. They have many amenities of assisted living. However, they still had their Independence. Every member of the staff they met seemed to be very caring and concerned about them. Julie was awesome. They all looked out for them. Would definitely recommend.

I toured Five Star Residences of Banta Pointe. It's very bright and very cheerful, and the people there looked very well taken care of, well-groomed, and they get good service. When you first come in, your impression is, "This is great." It was very bright. The people seemed to be very happy. They were smiling. It gives you a welcoming feeling. The food is fantastic. They have a menu. You order what you want. If you don't get what you want, you can order a la carte. I've been over there for several meals, and I haven't found one that isn't good. The meals are really good. The people that I have met over there are just great. And what I like about it, they don't have a staff turnover. From the top down, the people have been there for quite a while, they don't change staff very often. So that's what I like.

Five Star Residences of Banta Pointe was a small place. They had a lot of the things that I needed at this point. I liked the two-bedroom apartments. They were nice, big, cozy, and had a garage. They had a nurse, health care services, and a gym. The staff was very nice and friendly. They gave me a gift, some cookies, to take home, too. I saw that they care for their elderly. I felt comfortable there and I enjoyed the tour.

My friend has moved into Five Star Residences of Banta Pointe. The community is very warm and welcoming. I feel like they do a really good job. The facility itself is very nice. He's actually in a respite room right now, waiting to move into his regular apartment. The room he is in would be described as a studio apartment. The appearance of the apartment that he's in is quite nice. He has been reporting that the food is very good. I've been there almost every day. It's a restaurant-style dining area where the residents choose from a menu. They have a fairly small activity schedule, and they also have church services. He has not participated in a lot of that at this point. He's looking to be able to do more of that as time goes on. We have had pleasant weather lately, and I've seen several residents outdoors. There are a couple of spaces that are sort of garden areas. The complex itself has sidewalks, and residents can walk around the neighborhood.

My tour at Five Star Residences of Banta Pointe was great. The community is great. I met the head woman over housekeeping and the chef. It was great. It's well kept. I saw the dining area, but I didn't eat anything. They don't have as many activities as some of the others, but they have a little fitness center. They have church services. Because of COVID, they really haven't been doing a lot. Their amenities are not as much as some of the other places, but I like their garden homes. They have attached garages, and I like it. The staff who gave me the tour was great. I like the one meal a day. They have a deal going on that you only pay half-rent for four months now. The people seemed friendly and courteous. It's well kept. The area is clean and orderly. I like the attached garage to my garden home.

Five Star Residences of Banta Pointe was very well kept, orderly, neat, and clean. We visited both independent and assisted living. The person during the tour was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had lunch there, and my family all thought it was quite good. I was a little bit less impressed with it, but they had a variety, and they had an actual menu that people could eat off of. The dining area was like a regular restaurant that people could enter if they wanted to. The food was more than adequate. We saw card playing, and they mentioned they had some activities starting within 15 minutes of our visit, but we were not able to observe it.

Forest Creek Commons was nice, and I liked the look of it. The staff was nice, and I liked everything about it. They had different activities like bingo, movie nights, and a library. The dining area was really nice with a nice atmosphere.

We loved Forest Creek Commons. They offered three meals a day, laundry services, field trips, and activities. We were very pleased with them. We went there four times, and every time, they're very accommodating and very nice. They have individual living and garden homes and assisted living within the main building. We saw studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and garden homes, and their rooms are very roomy; there's enough square footage.

The overall experience at Forest Creek Commons was very good. The manager I believe it was met us, and we wanted to see the only stand alone or duplexes, so he met us over at the duplexes and showed us around both a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom duplex. They are very well maintained. It was a beautiful place but not super high end. The counter tops were nice, and the appliances looked very well maintained. It wasn’t granite; I think for my mom and dad that maybe would have made them feeling comfortable because they’re not used to having high end stuff. It would have been a good fit. We did go around, walking to places where they play cards and watch movies. It seemed to be very well-maintained. The people were walking and sitting around and looked happy. I used to work in the nursing home when I was a kid, and there was no smell at all. You would never know you are in a nursing home. What I liked the best was the fact that people were allowed to bring their pets. In the door, there’s a picture of the cat that said, "hi, I live here. Don’t let me out." They put a menu up each day, and the food looked delicious; we did not get to eat there, but there’s like a former health kitchen winner who had written about the place. I did speak to the management kind of person; she seemed very personable. Everybody seemed personable and welcoming. If my mom and dad ever decided, I think this would be my first choice.

Forest Creek commons was very clean and nice. However, everybody was in a room, somebody was talking, and it reminded you of a nursing house. The cafeteria wasn’t very large. They were the most expensive of all that we have seen.

I am the Executive Director and I am sincerely interested in your comments. We do have speakers for some of our Lifestyle 360 programs along with a wide variety of calendar choices of including the intellectual, social, physical, spiritual and emotional dimensions of wellness. Our meals are served restaurant style in our dining room so we do not have a cafeteria. Please give me a call. I would be delighted have you join us for a Lifestyle 360 program and to dine with me so you can have the Forest Creek Commons Signature Experience that our residents have each and every day. We can also review the costs as we typically can accommodate most budget considerations. If you prefer, one of our residents can host you and you are welcome to ask them all about us. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Forest Creek Commons was OK. They showed us a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom facility next to a 2-car garage. But I thought for the price and everything, it was cheap for us to stay where we are. They cater to the veterans, which I liked because I'm a retired naval officer. They had social activities, which was important too for older people. I had been there for social events before and the residents seemed to be happy. They had some dancing, they card playing, and I would call activities for older people. They had special activities for veterans.

Forest Creek Commons is the one I’d really like to go to. It made me feel comfortable because the place is decorated really nicely. Some of the floors were wood and carpet which feels homey and not like a hospital room with tile. They had the facilities for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and computer rooms, lounges, and nice hallways. The help that they had available was awesome. The activities were good. Staff member Cody has been super about helping me and and answering any questions. He’s been keeping in contact with me and sees how I’m doing, so that is a big thing for me.

I am impressed with Forest Creek Commons for my grandmother. She wasn't there very long before she got sick, but when we were there, they were phenomenal.

We did go to Forest Creek Commons. It was a 5-star place. They had garden homes. They had some two-bedrooms. If we went, we would choose the one-bedroom with a den because the den is large enough to serve as another bedroom. It had a complete kitchen. In the bathroom, you can shower, but it had seat built-in, so everything was very handy. The living room was open right into the dining room, so you have a nice big space. It also had a sunroom, and it’s insulated, so it is for year-round use. The community was a little newer, and everything was beautifully done, but it was more expensive.

I moved into Forest Creek Commons on the 1st of October. The staff is OK. I have a two-bedroom with garage, but it's a bit old. The food is great, and I like the people.

I went to Forest Creek Commons for a visit, and it's an OK facility. Their rooms are a little smaller. The staff was very nice during my visit. They have smaller recreation areas where people could gather around and play.

Forest Creek was very clean, and the people were very helpful and answered my questions. The room that I visited was very nice. They have bingo and Wii bowling, and they keep them active. They are talking to me very openly.

Forest Creek was really nice, but it was smaller and cost a lot more money. The people were very nice too and answered all my questions, but the facility was a lot further away.

We did like Forest Creek Common. It is a little older facility, but it seemed to be well taken care of. The dining area has a very large dining space. They made a big deal about showing the menu and introducing us to the chef that was there. They consider the food to be restaurant quality though I wasn't able to try it. It would be my third choice just because it is older. The sanitation is above average, but it didn't appear to be clean as the other facilities, and that may just be because it is old. We got there later in the evening, and the staff is very accommodating. The person that does the tour normally doesn't do it that late, but she was willing to stay with us. She spent lots of time with us. They made a point to introducing us to their kitchen staff, and they seem to be very pleasant.

Forest Creek Commons was definitely one that we liked, and my father-in-law is on the waiting list there. The staff were very helpful when we visited. We walked through and seen the dining area, and it seemed nice. The people were having fresh salad, and the dessert looked good. The rooms were very nice. There were not a lot of activities, and we talked to them about that, but he is looking at independent living, so that wasn't a big issue for him. There were some limitations in terms of the view from the condominium-type units.

We liked the facilities at Forest Creek Commons, it's everything we wanted in a place. We have all amenities that you could ask for, even a garage. They have a lot of good activities here, games, recreation, they take us around the different places and they have good food. It's a very attractive place, looking at it from the highway. Right now, we're settled in with 12 inches of snow and bad roads, it's kind of hard to get out but they do their best to clean it up. We have two bedrooms, kitchen, a full bath, green room and garage. You couldn't ask for anything better than that.

They had one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments at Forrest Creek Commons. They also had garden villas. Their meal plans could be purchase in addition to the rent.

Forest Creek Commons seem like a very nice place, very open, and it has therapy room. It has a restaurant, you can order what you want off the menu. It has transportation to doctors. There's a nurse on-call and assisted living aides.
