"I was very impressed with The Harrison. It was very clean and inviting. I especially liked the way that it had the atrium, which was open. All three floors were able to look and see movement and things going on. They had a little area that had birds and I just thought that was a great added touch. Everything about this place was just impressive. This one has the Medicaid waiver so that may be something that my mother will be able to do further down the road. Everyone that I encountered there was very nice. They answered any questions I had and went above and beyond, and even answered some questions that I had about military assistance for my mother. The staff was pretty knowledgeable in all those areas. I saw people waiting for the dining area and everything smelled very good, but I didn't sample any of it. It was something that I would gladly move my mother into. And she is a very, very clean person herself."

"Worthington Place has been excellent. The living atmosphere is great. My mom's unit is roomy. She has her own bed, a little living room, a little kitchenette, and a big bathroom. The staff has been awesome. They've worked really closely with her to make the transition work. There's games every day, crafts, music, people that come in to entertain once in a while, and some field trips. She hasn't participated yet and that's kind of been locked down because of COVID, but they keep her pretty active. They have a beauty shop, too. The dining area is nice. It's got an open concept. The place is super clean and all the other residents seem to welcome the new ones well."

"Meadow Lakes' rooms were a little small, but it was a nice community. They have bingo. The apartment we saw were very clean. The staff member was very good and super. They did a really good job. They were gracious enough to show us around. The cafeteria was clean and spacious. The residents seemed quite happy and very outgoing. They seemed to be on top of everything that was going on."

"Amazing staff...from the front desk, to the kitchen, to the maintenance team...everyone is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and each have a beautiful balcony and the common areas are clean and beautifully appointed. There are on-site activities and weekly outings for the residents and everyone is so welcoming."

"I was treated very well at Zionsville Meadows. I was given a tour. They were very friendly. They have detached housing units for independent-living. It was away from everything, but I really liked it. It has older units, but the units are larger. The community is quite attractive, and is laid out more like a housing community rather than an institutionalized building. "

"I toured Grand Victorian of Zionsville East. My children live within 10 minutes of the place, and I'm very happy with the rooms. And I got a cat that I'm bringing with me there. The only thing I can't bring is my bird feeders, but that's okay because my son is an active bird feeder, so I'll give it to my son. And he is not that far from me, so I can go see him anytime I want. So I'm very pleased with this place. The staff answered everything. They've been very good to me. The size of the rooms is good. They're better than what I've got now. The upkeep of Grand Victorian is going better. It seems like everything looks good. I was really impressed with the facility. Everybody was friendly. Everybody was nice to me. I just felt wanted there. Regarding the food, I have kidney failure and heart failure, so there are a lot of things I'm not allowed to have, and I have to be very careful because it's landed me in the hospital a number of times. And Grand Victorian will offer me the diet that I'm allowed to have. I've seen the menu, and they serve a lot of chicken, a lot of fish, and a lot of salads. They serve a lot of the things that I'm allowed to have. The rooms are big. And that's good if you have an animal with you, and I got a cat. Everything looks good. I couldn't say anything bad about it. As for activities, they have activities, and they have trips that they take. They're active and I like to be active. I don't want to sit in my room all the time."

"I would like to share our experience with Altenheim. My mother was admitted to their care under the St, Francis Hospice Care. The staff from the director were extremely cordial and showed true loving care for mom. Any questions I had were addressed immediately and all kept us informed for the care of mom. Unfortunately she pass August 24th and they gave us all the privacy we needed. If you or a family member need a caring facility, these people are the best in my eyes. Keep up the great work. I will be visiting them quite often even though mom has gone home to be with others."

"I toured Bickford of Greenwood. I like the community a lot. The room was not big, but it was nice. I can't remember what I liked least, but I did like it. And the person that was the rep was very nice. I liked the facility. It felt very cozy like home. The atmosphere inside was very nice. It was very welcoming."

"One of the reasons why I have chosen Grand Victorian of Greenwood for my friend is that we will be on the main floor if we get in. It's all been freshly painted and redecorated. Everything looks brand new even though the facility has been there a few years. Everyone that I spoke with was very kind and very informative. They answered all my questions without hesitation, and I liked that a lot. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly. I couldn't ask for any more help. She had gone above and beyond what regular help would be."

"Rooms are spacious, Quite luxurious actually. Staff treats residents as if they are their family members. It starts from the top down. From the Executive Management Team. To The Environmental Staff, To the Dietary Staff. Nursing. Etc. They all jump in take in and do what has to be done to take care of the residents."

"We toured Demaree Crossing. It was beautiful, bright, and airy, but the outdoor area for memory care was a four. The staff member who gave the tour was excellent. She was very personable, informative, and enthusiastic. The first time we were there, the people were engaged."
