"Facility-wise, Harbour Manor & The Lodge was very clean and very nice. The rooms they got weren't as big as the rooms that I visited in the other two facilities, but they were still nice. The young lady did a nice job. Her name was Brooke, and I would rate her very high. She's very knowledgeable and very friendly. She toured me to the whole facility. She took me into one of the private rooms and showed me all the different things that they did. They also had a movie room and just about everything the other facilities had."

"Brownsburg Meadows was very neat and clean. The young lady who took us on the tour was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The people who were there looked very comfortable and happy. They're quite expensive. There are a lot of things for the seniors to do there and they were actively involved. I was very impressed with the place. It's a fairly new facility. They have a little movie theater, a room for exercise, a room for other activities like playing cards, and arts and crafts. The food smelled good."

"I'm at Brownsburg Health Care Center. They don't offer assisted living. It's a rehab, and then it's long-term care and memory care. They have things that could improve, but there are a lot of really good things going on here. They have very caring nurses and some excellent aides. The good aides are the ones that have been here longer or are a little older, not the young girls. They have great activity programs, too. One of the best things I appreciate is that they would work with you on your diet. I'm on the Mounjaro shot, and I get to order what I need to eat for each meal. They also come down once in a while just to check and make sure everything is okay. They have some very caring cooks, and the food, in my opinion, is very, very good. Maybe some people don't like it, but they do a good job. Regarding outdoor spaces, I'm in their outdoor space right now. They have three different places, too. They go out of their way with regard to activities. Every holiday, we have a party. The one thing I really, really like about it here is that they have entertainers coming in from different places. Usually, once every two weeks, we have music, which could be a choir, and a lot of it is individual singers who are retired, and that is just a lot of fun. We also do bingo and church activities. There are a lot of things that way. However, the value for money is not good. When I came, their rates went up considerably because the new company did that. Many people moved out, especially private care people, because it was too expensive. I'm not giving it a very good rating on that."

"My brother was in a nursing home in Florida and we transferred him to Countryside Meadows in Avon. He was placed in the memory care unit and the experience has been like night and day. The folks at Countryside Meadows have been phenomenal. My brother was in the nursing home in Florida for many months and we received no feedback on his care. After my brother was at Countryside Meadows for one day, we received four different phone calls from RNs, CNAs, Therapist & a Nurse Practitioner. Very clean and organized facility. I would recommend this to anyone seeking care."

"My wife is in Brooke Knoll Village. It has been good. The food is good. The room is clean, and the staff is professional and caring. I have no complaints. My wife is very limited. She can't talk or walk, but she's involved in every activity they can get her involved in. They have something about every day for her. They have a movie theater, a beauty salon, several TV areas, meeting areas, and outside places to meet. They take them outside quite a bit when the weather is good."

"My mom is at Wellbrooke of Avon in the nursing section. It's clean and nice. The people here are great and they seem to provide a lot. She can't do much right now, but they came around saying that they're going to have like this one night or something like that. She can't do anything, or she can't eat anything. She's just on a feeding tube. She can't be in the meals together or anything like that yet. The menu looks good but she's just on a clear liquid diet period right now/on a feeding tube. I just know they had set up to have some kind of night, like Mardi Gras or something."

"My mother has been at Westside Village Nursing facility since June 2022. I join her three times a week and have a meal with her. The staff has always been very nice, helpful, and caring to both her and me. She gets great personal care. Whenever I have a concern I know who to take it to and they follow up immediately. She has a nice room and bath with walk-in shower which has a seat. She has a good relationship with all her care givers. They have numerous activities for the residents. She enjoys going to bingo so we go at least once a week. They have musical groups come into the facility which she enjoys a lot. They decorate everywhere for every holiday in a very nice fashion. I'm sure the decorations lift the spirits of the residents and the ones who visit. The Activity Director has a little dog named Noah who comes with her often. The residents enjoy him very much; he is so cute and well mannered (I enjoy him too). My Mom has adjusted so well she calls her room "home" and the dining room "the restaurant". She tells me all the time how much she likes the people and the place. It makes me feel better that she has adjusted since she needs to be there and I have to leave her there. I toured several nursing facilities and found this one to be the best in every way. I don't have any complaints except the food could be a lot better. "

"I've never experienced a facility quite like Avon Health & Rehab. I couldn't find one thing I wasn't in love with when touring for my mother. The staff is friendly, the building is clean, and the residents actually seem to enjoy being apart of the community :) I'm happy to have found such a place and I'm more than comfortable knowing that the Avon team is taking great care of my mother. "

"They have been very helpful and accommodating. It's the best thing I can say about Westside Garden Plaza. They went out of their way to make sure things got taken care of with my dad, so we are really grateful to them. The food is fairly good, and they have very good activities. "

"I stayed at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana for therapy and it was great. It's a rehabilitation center, so there were a lot of people with different injuries and different problems. The care, physical therapy, and occupational therapy were all great. They tried and they worked with you to customize what you needed therapy-wise. I can't say enough about them. I'd give them a ten if I could. The staff was outstanding, compassionate, and caring. They worked with you. They pushed you a little bit. They did everything I needed to have done to get me to a better place. I came out a lot better than I went in, so I'm really happy. The food was very good. We got to pick from a menu and the menu choices were very good. Their rooms were excellent. It was just a bedroom and a bathroom and it was large enough. You didn't feel confined. It had a window, so it was great. It was worth the price."

"My nurse friend said if you want your father to do rehab, this is the place to take him. Manorcare Health Services got him better in no time flat. They really worked with him one on one. Some of the other rehab might have three or more other people while here they worked with him one on one. They really pushed his physical therapy. It was 45 minutes of really hard and strong therapy. They took wonderful care of him. The staff was very accommodating. It is a nursing home, but he was there basically for rehab. It is the only facility that serves veterans in the area. They also do the Veterans Benefits which is rare. This is another reason I picked the place since if he had to stay, at least the VA could help out as well. The sanitation here is very clean as well. "

"The facility was always clean. The employees really care about the patients that live there. They always answer the phones and the staff are always willing to talk to you about your medical concerns for your family member. They check on your family member and don't leave them alone for hours at a time. Every employee I spoke with was so kind and caring. I recommend them for your family members care."
