I did not expect to find such a beautiful interior and the staff was very friendly and attentive to their residents. The Administrator was so sweet, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is needing a little tlc. My friend lived there for years, I am so glad they have rebuilt after that fire.

The people at Crownpointe of Indianapolis have their own apartments, which are comfortable, and clean. They have nice grounds and the location is decent. They have church services, bingo, dominos, games, entertainment, and movies. I like it and they're the most affordable. The staff is nice and the food is good.

I liked Crownpointe of Indianapolis. It was clean, and the residents seemed happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big enough for residents to move around and have their guests over. They had a bus that took them to different places, like stores and restaurants. They gave me a schedule of their different activities and where they go.

We have chosen Crownpointe of Indianapolis for my husband. I think that the staff has been excellent and very helpful. They stay in touch with me so I know what is going on. They have been very generous to us. The rooms are very nice. They also have a lot of different stuff for the residents. It becomes money when the resident join the activities and they are allowed to use it in their gift shops.
