My husband is in AJR Loving Care Assisted Living. It has five residents and one caretaker, who's not a nurse. He's not unhappy there, and he's popular, but I think they need more staff. I like the caretaker, she likes them, but she's getting grouchy because she's on duty 24 hours a day. She does all the cooking, laundry, caretaking, and showering. He likes the food a lot, and I think it's very good, and appropriate. I always take dessert when I'm there. One of the residents is trying to get out, because she's not happy. The facility is an adequate house. The bathroom is attached to my husband's room, so two other people use it. There's one full bath and a half bath which the caretaker uses. The only activity they do is watch TV.
