Dad will be moving to Serento Rosa and it seems to fit within his needs and within the price range that we were looking for. We liked the proximity to my home and the service and the quality that they provide. Dad will be staying in the memory care. The staff seems very helpful. They offer everything. They have a nursing facility, senior living, and a full gamut. They also have a salon and all the other normal amenities that the rest of them have. Everything's nearby there. It's right off of Imperial Highway. So, they have restaurants and parks. There's one hospital in Yorba Linda that's fairly close.

We toured Serento Rosa. The staff was very friendly, very professional, and gave us a very comprehensive visit there. We did not see any of the food or anything that was served, but they told us about it. The facilities are beautiful and very clean. They're a little bit small, but they're comfortable. The people are very friendly. The overall tour was excellent. The facility itself was beautiful and very well maintained. It's a nice complex.

I chose it because it's close to my house, and they sounded good. They've been doing very well in taking care of my brother. He's in assisted living and they're doing medication. The staff members are very caring, great caregivers who know his name and say hi to him when he's walking in the hall. They're all very nice people. He likes the food, but my brother does not participate in activities, and I would like more encouragement from them.

Mom and dad are here. The service is not perfect, but quite good. The staff really tries, and that is important to me. Their dining rooms are quite nice. My mother is in their memory care, and it's also quite good. They just refurbished it and repainted inside. For their residents, they have all kinds of activities there. They have live theater and music.
