"Homemaker Caregiver Services This agency provided excellent kind and compassionate care to my nearly 90-year old mother. Harpreet, the franchise owner, is very organized and punctual. She does what she says she is going to do and plans ahead to provide steady coverage and backup plans for when a primary care giver may not be available. She also helped making receiving reimbursement for eligible services provided by the agency easier with the detailed records that are maintained. My mom's caregivers, Brianna, Miztli, and Edith were all very excellent and continually treated my mom with care and respect. I highly recommend this agency. At the conclusion of the agreed upon service period, I received a prompt refund of my initial deposit electronically via Zelle. I will definitely use this agency again when the need arises."

"I'm using FirstLight Home Care - Irvine, CA. Sometimes the people they send over aren't adequate or they're not well informed as to the job, but we finally found someone that's our primary. I'm still looking for a good secondary for the weekend. I hired someone seven days a week, but my primary right now is doing OK. They charge 3% if you use a credit card, which is fine because they get charged the credit card fee. They will charge you the first of the week for the services already done for the prior week. They need to vet their people more, and explain to them that cell phone use is not allowed during working hours. There is cleaning involved. Some of the people that they've sent over have said, "I'm here to care for your mom and sister, but I'm not a housekeeper." They've sent over people that won't lift someone. They should do a better job screening and asking probing questions, but they have a few good people who work for them. They just need to find more."

"Greg and all the caregivers at Right at home are just beyond excellent. Greg is the most caring and nicest man to talk to. My husband and I had a sudden and urgent need to set up extra care for my Mother in law at her assisted living facility. Greg came out right away. Met with us. And got the extra care she needed set up right away. As her care needs changed and progressed, Greg and the care team were right on it. All the caregivers were always on time, always took the most excellent care of my Mother in law. They sat with her, read to her, sang to her, prayed with her, fed her. They genuinely really cared and loved her. Her care and comfort was the most important things to them. All the caregivers, Greg and staff are just amazing. We are so thankful for everything they did for my Mother in law in her last days. They truely deserve more than 5 stars. We cannot thank Greg and the Right at home caregivers and staff for everything they provided our family with during this difficult time. "

"I've been using HomeWell Care Services of Lake Forest for about a month now, and it's been wonderful. The caregiver is here five hours a day, five days a week. She's very qualified, with excellent abilities, and she serves all the needs that I have. I can rely on her for anything that I need, whether it's technical, food, driving, walking, sewing, fixing, or finding anything. My issue is that I am legally blind, so anything that requires eyesight, she can take care of for me. In terms of billing or any request, they're perfect."
