I'm in a residential care facility called Abundant Love and Care for the Elderly, and receiving assisted living care. I really like it here but they are raising my rent, so I might have to move. One of the staff is grouchy, and she's mean to the lady next to me. I'm in a double room with her and I don't approve of the way that one staff treats this woman but there's nothing I can do about it. I told the owner and the boss of the building, and she didn't do anything about it either. We have all our food served and they are OK. There aren't any activities. We don't have a thing to do around here but lay in our beds.
