I was not impressed with Fletcher Farms. It was more like a big house. There was limited space, and so it was too expensive for that. The room was just a room in itself. The common area was like a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The place is very clean, and they care for the people that are there, but for the amount of money that they charge, it is not up to par.
Provider Response
It is our belief that Fletcher Farms is up to standard. The home is 3000 sq. ft. and was built in 2010 specifically for assisted living as the hallways are wider than a standard home, along with plenty of space for residents to move around, whether if they are ambulate or non-ambulate. There are 7 bedrooms and their sizes vary; however, 5 of the bedrooms can serve single and double occupancy purposes. The rental rates are also reasonable and competitive. Although we all have our preferences on what we feel an environment should comprise of, our home was well-designed with the space capacity to serve the purpose for which it was built.
