My brother moved to Arbor Ridge Senior Living. He likes where he keeps his dog and he likes his room and everything. He has a nice bedroom, a nice walk-in closet, and a very nice living room. The bedroom separates from the living room. He likes it all, but there's nobody there that he can visit with. The people are older and not easy to communicate with. So for that reason, he's not over-happy, but he likes the place. He doesn't like that they don't hang up their clothes. They wash them and bring them back in a bag and it is hard for him to hang up clothes. The facility has beautiful grass at the back. You walk out onto a patio, which makes it more pleasant to look out and see the grass.

My mom is now at Arbor Ridge Senior Living. It's beautiful. They have very caring staff. They allowed her to take her dog with her, which is really helpful. They are very welcoming to families and visitors. They encourage them to have dinner and hang out with the residents. It's just a really lovely environment, frankly. The staff are very friendly and very conscientious. They really go above and beyond. They make sure that my mom is settling in and doing OK. They help her find the dining room. Food is really good. It's a very clean place. They have activities. They have daily trips on a bus. They have in-house exercise stuff. They have a really cute, little happy hour in the afternoon, where the residents can gather. They have live entertainment, and they have crafting. They just have a ton of stuff. If you want to be really active, it's a good place to be. Their prices are reasonable as well.

Arbor Ridge Senior Living was a great place. The rooms were really big. The options that we looked at were nice. They had lots of windows. The overall facility was nice. I didn't meet any of the caretakers, but the person during the tour was excellent, very informative, and very helpful. Cleanliness and upkeep looked excellent. The dining area was very big and very bright. There were lots of windows. It was really pleasant. They had beautiful patios and beautiful areas around the facility. They had a pool, and their rooms had nice patios. Even the second-floor ones were nice. They had everything you would see commonly in all of these facilities. They have a van that will take you to excursions and things like that, although they're restricting the outings because of COVID.

It is a beautiful place and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would give it an A+. The staff seemed really very nice. I had dinner there once and the food was fabulous and the entertainment was wonderful. I go to bingo with my aunt there and they have great things for the residents to do, they also bring in entertainment, and during holidays they do special stuff. It's really a nice place, they have a swimming pool, they have beautiful lawns all over, and there are nice patios so you could sit outside if you want. There are also tables and chairs outside the dining room, which is great. They have a family room where they play games.
