"We rent a 2 bedroom/2 bath floor plan on the ADA accessible floor. Spacious, very clean, new, concergie service, meals cafeteria style with special selections available, and a community that has selected activities for residents. Transportation to Med Appts avail, plenty of parking. Small pets ok. No special rules or surprises. Great help from maintenance. Cleaning once a week, nice community. Very expensive at 5K a month. Non-smoking campus! Spacious grounds, we are pleased "

"We toured Inspira Arrowhead for my mom. It was very nice. The lady that gave us the tour was very informative and answered all our questions, and we liked it. My mom liked their rooms and the whole facility, and how they got it set up. She liked everything that was available to her at the facility. They had a theater and all sorts of different projects and activities. They are advertising for those activities, and she could see it on a schedule. They got trips that she can make with a vehicle to her doctor. The biggest thing she liked was that they could do her hair dressing right there. The place looked really nice. The dining area was really nice. We I talked to the chef, and we saw the eating area, the cafeteria."

"The gentleman who was giving us the tour at Solstice Senior Living at Sun City West was excellent. He gave us all kinds of information. The people were friendly. The food wasn't outstanding, but it was OK. The room sizes were a little bit bigger than the other place. They had a decent-sized kitchen, but there was something about it that I just didn't feel as comfortable with, and they didn't seem like they had as many activities. It didn't seem lively."

"We settled on them, and we like the amenities and the whole general look and layout of the place. They have two meals a day. The gardens around it are very nice. The room sizes are to our liking, especially the two-bedroom unit. Just based on the tour, we thought it was a very good place. It's on the top of the list."

"I moved into Vista de la Montana. I liked it because it has a hot tub, a swimming pool, and plenty of activities available. It has excellent food. My room is just great. It is a studio, and there is plenty of room, lots of closet space, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful. They're always there when you need them. I'm just really pleased with the managers and the assistant managers. "

"We toured MorningStar Senior Living at Golden Ridge. The gentleman (who is probably in his early 20s) did a very good job. He got some experience in caring for family members. Usually, the younger generation doesn't understand the older generation. He was very polite and very well-versed. It is a five-star community. It's very new with all the modern amenities. Everything is under one roof. The staff was very nice. We walked around and looked at a lot of the people that work in various areas like the arts and crafts or somebody that works in the garden area. We had the opportunity to talk to them. It's in a newer area and it's 35 or 40 years newer, so it's built on a modern basis versus the other place that is keeping up with it. It was an excellent tour, and it was great. However, what we were looking for specifically was a community that would accept ALTEC if my parents ran out of money, and MorningStar did not. They are a private pay-only community. It's as nice as any of the other private pay communities that we've gone to, it's just my parents won't be able to afford that. They will run out of money before they pass on because my mom is in really good shape. Nevertheless, the staff were wonderful. They're amazing. "

"I went to the Park at Surprise. It's brand new and it's very nice, but it was just too expensive. The rooms were beautiful, very nice, all updated with ceramic and beautiful flooring, and everything was top of the line. They have a beautiful pool, they take you places, and there's a couple of different options as far as restaurants: they have a bistro and a regular restaurant that you can choose from. I would have loved it there, but I couldn't afford it."

"Glencroft was given to me by a lady from an online listing. I liked the one staff member that showed us around. She showed us the apartment and the facility. The room is very nice and spacious. The one we were looking for my sister is for independent living. I would like to have seen more socialization. The facility is spread out, and a lot of it is outdoors versus indoors. I didn't get to see a lot of places where they could have their activities and socialize with the other members. It was very nice though, and I liked it. "

"This is exactly the place we have been looking for! My Nan seems to be very happy with the services and the staff. Food is delicious (sometimes we have it instead of wasting it in case Nan wants a change from their food). The staff are friendly and professional and just what you would expect from a place like this!"

"Park Terrace at Greenway just felt more like an apartment complex, which was good. It didn't feel like a nursing facility. It was very clean, the people were very friendly, and answered all our questions. I liked it but it was just over my mother's cost range. I toured their independent living. The staff was very helpful, as far as providing all the information. They have a salon and there was a little store. You could eat in the dining area or you could have it delivered to your room. They have a pool area and the grounds were very park-like, it was very pretty."

"Fellowship Square of Phoenix was very nice, but they could only take 1 cat and I have 2. It was a very bright place. They had dances, movies, different clubs, a beauty parlor, and exercise rooms. It had a nice dining room."
