Our basic care plan includes medical management, transportation, assistance with activities of daily living, laundry and cleaning services, furnished rooms, and all the nutritious and delicious food you can eat. Residents are responsible for medical and prescription copays only. At Abellavida, our residents are enabled to lead rich and meaningful lives. Residents of our assisted living program have access to our team of compassionate caregivers around the clock. "One thing I like about LifeStream at North Phoenix is that it's close. I looked at their independent living community, and it was just a nice tour. The calendar for the activities is great for my mom, as well, and she needs it. Instead of going inside a building like in a hotel, she gets her own individual sort of home that has a front door and a little patio in the back. The residents get fed once a day, but that's good enough for my mom. It was clean and nice, and it's a gated community where she can't get out at night. It was just a nice setup. It's a clean and friendly environment. They have a really nice community center, too, with puzzle rooms, meditation rooms, and reading rooms. It has a big kitchen and its own salon. My mom can make her own appointment right there. I don't have to go get her one or take her somewhere else. Overall, it was the best when I looked at what she needed. The other thing is that I don't wanna have to move her for the next step of care. They don't offer the next levels of care, but I can bring anybody in to help her clean, to be with her part of the day, or just help her. No matter what stage she gets to, she can stay. That was a big concern for me, and I know with dementia or Alzheimer's, it will be hard for them to move. The appliances are there, but you do have to furnish the apartment with a bed, couch, and if you want a microwave or a toaster oven."

"This is exactly the place we have been looking for! My Nan seems to be very happy with the services and the staff. Food is delicious (sometimes we have it instead of wasting it in case Nan wants a change from their food). The staff are friendly and professional and just what you would expect from a place like this!"

"I just moved my wife to Inspira at Arrowhead and the level of care that I've seen and the ratio of caregivers to residents surpasses all the other facilities I've been to. The layout of the facility for memory care is very conducive to observation and activities. It's a very new facility. It's only 4 years old. The staff is wonderful. The directors are very involved in running the community, knowing the residents, and being accessible to me. So, they know the residents, which is nice. They just don't ship them in and forget them. When I brought my wife in there, they scooped her up and started her joining an activity right away. They have music about 2 to 3 times a week and they have pianos in every section of the facility. I saw once after lunch where they had a movie. Their food is excellent. It's freshly made. They have fruits and water out so the residents can have them if they want. They're very attentive and very accommodating to the needs of the residents. The facility is very clean, very modern, and very up-to-date. The activity room, dining room, and movie room are all in the center of the memory care area. They have three memory care pods and all their apartments are lining the outside. Therefore, if the residents are out and about, the caregivers can see them. They don't have to look for them down the hallway. They also have outside courtyards that they can visit and they're monitored to make sure they don't get sunburned or dehydrated or any of that. Some things are included and are not included in the price. Like the TV itself and the connection, they are free, but you have to pay for the WIFI for yourself and furnish your own furniture. They have a great connection with people that helped me furnish her apartment though and they did a beautiful job. It's the best place that I have ever seen."

"My mother has been in Park Terrace at Greenway for two years now. She enjoys living there. She likes the people who work there. She likes the residents. She likes the apartment that she has and the activities that they have going on. It's just overall a nice place for her to live. She has a one-bedroom apartment. They have movie nights, and they have a little vendor thing that they do once a month where people can come in and sell their knick-knacks and stuff. They always have a lot going on for the residents. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I've never heard her complain about the meals."

"We went to ACOYA Troon. I liked that the decor was modern. It had high 16-foot ceilings in the apartments, which was very nice. It feels more spacious. It's in the desert, so because of its location, it's smaller. It didn't have as much landscaping because they wouldn't allow it up there. After all, it's all desert landscaping. But you didn't have like the amount of patios. They had a few apartments with patios on the corner, but only very few. And around the whole property, it's mostly desert. We went to the dining room and looked at the meals they were serving and it was all fresh, nice food, well prepared and well presented. They have three meals today. You can have six meals. You can eat all day long if you want to. So that's included. And they have the same amenities as the other places, house cleaning every two weeks, and they do sheets and towels every week. And of course, if you need any help with assistance or anything, the resources are right there."
