The staff is very present, helpful and caring. Their follow up with the family of their resident is exceptional. It is a difficult time for all of us involved and Holiday's staff has been wonderful with the moving/settling in process. We understand they are remodeling but are sure it will be great. My brother-in-law's apartment had already been redone before he moved in and it is perfect for him.

We toured Holiday Vista de la Montana. They had just redone the whole place. When we walked into the apartment, it was clean. Everything was brand new, the apartment and everything. The pool was nice. We got to eat lunch in the dining room. They had our names on the table and stuff. They come around, and they do a drink cart. So they ask what you want and stuff like that, and then they just go down from table to table and do that. They come back and take our order for lunches and stuff like that. Everything was very good. The chef came out after lunch was done. My mom enjoyed the food because they didn't give big portions. They give little portions, and that's just enough for her.

Holiday Vista de la Montana looked really nice. We liked it, except the rooms were too little. The facility only had like 100 residents, and we'd like something a little bigger than that. The tour was good and they showed us lots of stuff. The food was very good. The staff was great. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful.

The facility takes care of my father. I find the facility to be very caring and they have great communication to me as I don't live in Arizona. Lisa from their staff is great! I would recommend Vista de La Montana.

I toured Holiday Vista de la Montana. The facility is very good. They do have a small refrigerator. You do have to bring your own microwave. But that's all right. The places are bigger than you would think for being studio and one-bedroom. But anyway, they're fine. And they're in the process of remodeling. The person who gave the tour was excellent, going out of her way to help. She's very, very good.

The apartments that we saw at Holiday Vista de la Montana were a good size for my friend. Everybody was friendly and we had lunch there. So far, that's the one he might be interested in. Everybody was great. Lisa was the coordinator and she was very helpful. The food quality was great. Everything was prepared well. It's a senior community, so the food is not going to be restaurant quality. Most people over there were on a low sodium diet and stuff like that. Otherwise, everything was great. Everything was spotless. I didn't have any issues at all with that. It was well-maintained.

We liked Holiday Vista de la Montana. It was a pretty good place for the budget that we had. The only negative was that it's pretty dated. Some of the apartments looked pretty original. I know they were in the more affordable range, but they're still making a lot of money on those apartments. That was the only negative. Other than that, it was a good place for the money. They had a little gym, a library, and a dining room area. We saw the grounds with the pool, which I don't think my in-laws would have used any of that anyway. The staff who toured me was very good. My only complaint was the age of the place, like the kitchen needed to be remodeled a little bit.

We toured the Holiday Vista de la Montana. The most important thing for us is the friendliness and the atmosphere. It was more personable. The tour guide was very good and informative. The amenities were pretty much all included and reasonable. The rooms are being updated. You can tell it's an older facility, but that was not as important as the friendliness of the people. We had lunch there, and the food was okay. They paired us up with a resident, which I thought was very wise, and she was very personable, and informative, and explained what it was like to live there. The rooms were not furnished. You put your own furniture in there. The space was adequate, and the bedrooms were large.

I have moved into Holiday by Atria - Vista de la Montana. I like that it's close to my relatives, it's a very warm atmosphere , and everybody is nice and helpful. I have a small studio, and it has a wrap-around patio. So far, the food is pretty bland. They're just under new management, so we'll have to wait and see. The new staff people are very helpful. They have card games, and jigsaw puzzles, there's a nice library with lots of books, and there's a small exercise gym. They have a new director coming in on Tuesday. The only thing I would say that needs improving is the dining area, the servers, and the cooks.

Holiday Vista de la Montana was far away and the laundry was communal, so you would have to go down the hallway to do your laundry. They have a much bigger room options though and the lady that toured me helped me out quite a bit. She gave me lots of advice about finding a place for mom. She gave me pamphlets and explained everything to me. I really liked her. They had lots and lots of activities over there. They had a pool table, puzzles, a card table, a library, and a theater.

My sister has been at Holiday Vista de la Montana for about a month now. It's a convenient place for the family, and she's been very content. It is a quiet and clean place. I see landscapers taking care of the outside regularly. They serve 3 meals a day plus snacks, and she's enjoying the meals mainly because she's buying groceries but not cooking. She's enjoying having someone else prepare the meals for her. She seems to like the people there because she told me she eats with different people each day. She seems comfortable with them and with the program. Her apartment has a nice view on the first floor, overlooking the grounds and the huge swimming pool. The staff seems OK, and they seem responsive to my requests. They had some type of karaoke last night. They have a gentleman come in that's working with the residents with balancing and the core of the body so that they won't have accidents by falling. They have a chapel on site. For Halloween, they did some decorations. Last week, they brought in a comfort dog.

Holiday Vista de la Montana is fabulous. It is wonderful. My mother-in-law says she's never been happier living anywhere since her husband passed away eight years ago. So she's very, very happy there. The staff could not be more helpful and more friendly. I just can't imagine. Being a new resident, we interrupted the staff all the time, but they were always very kind, very pleasant, and very, very helpful. My mother-in-law's room is just what she needs. It's a studio but she has a space for her bed area and the living area. The small little kitchen is perfect. The food there is wonderful. I just had lunch there, and they always have four choices and they're all nice. My mother-in-law had one thing and I had another, and it was perfect. It was great. It was yummy, too. They have music performers, and they have bridge, poker, and other card games. There's a variety of activities for them. They have shopping times where you can go shopping, and they have transportation to go to the doctors. Everything is included. My mother-in-law has been there for 11 days now. We feel so lucky that we found this place that we could help her afford and it would be so wonderful.

We are choosing Holiday Vista de la Montana for my sister. The size of the rooms were nice. The staff was very informative. They serve 3 meals a day, they have laundry services, a library, and an exercise room. The whole facility was very clean. I had lunch there and it was delicious. The portions were a good size for one person, and the service was good.

My husband liked Holiday Vista de la Montana, but he expressed that he wasn't ready. The tour was wonderful. Everything was expressed to us. It looked like a very nice place. We were very surprised by the space that the studios have. It was exactly what he would need if we were to go into one. We really appreciated the people. The tour was very interesting and very informative. They walked us through everything. The staff was very professional, but they were also very fun. It looked like a fun place, and she was very helpful in all of our questions. We did not try the food, but we had raving reviews from everybody that was there about it. The layout was great. We needed something on the first floor, and everything was very convenient for my husband to be able to do the things he needed to do. The cleanliness was pretty good. The studio only had a small kitchen and a small refrigerator for your basics if you want to snack on your own. They didn't have a stove or anything like that. They had a very nice outdoor space with a pool. The studio that we were looking at had a very large wraparound patio, but it wraps completely around the room, and it was private and you could go straight out to your car.

I had an in-person tour of Vista de la Montana. They have a pool, a library, and a game room. We talked to some residents while the staff was giving us a tour. Everybody seemed very happy and very friendly. Other residents came up, introduced themselves to us, and told us how long they had lived there. The food was very good, very tasty, and it was served hot. They are going to do a renovation to the rooms, but it's clean. They have a bus that takes people to doctor's appointments and drops them off for shopping.

We went to tour Vista de la Montana. The person that you meet and takes you on a tour was amazing. He had the best energy and was a great guy. It's nice, warm, and welcoming. I've tried their food, and their food is a five. They have the best food. They had a huge activity list as well. They have a nice list of activities, and the social person that's in charge of all that was really nice. They have a pool and a salon. They have like a painting class for the people. They have all kinds of stuff. It was nice. They were topnotch. My mom would have gone there because the people were great. She just wanted to be in Sun City West. She really likes Sun City West. The thing she didn't really like there so much is that she didn't feel comfortable because they had these little casitas. She didn't feel as comfortable in the casita. She didn't feel as safe as she would have inside. The casita, I thought, was amazing though. It was more like a little house. I would have moved there. I thought that was amazing, and the people were so wonderful. Great residents. They have a great group of people living in there, and they're so warm and welcoming. They have ambassadors that sit with you and eat lunch with you. You get to talk to them rather than the staff members that work there. They did a great job. It just wasn't as pretty as the other facility.

I moved into Vista de la Montana last November 29th. The people are friendly enough, but all the activities need to pick up a little bit. There's not a lot to do. I'm trying to help that out, if I can. They expected a real pickup in January. They have card playing. I haven't got into that too much, I've been too busy moving in, but they also have bingo about six days a week that lasts for about an hour, and it's very inexpensive. It's $2, usually. That's usually two or three o'clock in the afternoon for an hour. They have Cox Cable here. Overall, the meals are very good, once in a while so-so, but nothing. I've been here for just over a week and I had one bad meal. So that's pretty good. Well, I'm trying this out pretty much for three months, they gave me a big break off of it for the first two months, and I got to pay for three, and then I'll decide what to do then. It's a little expensive for what you get, but you get everything. There are washers and dryers. They clean the room and they take care of the sheets.

I toured Vista de la Montana. Everyone was friendly. It's very clean. It's right in the middle of everything from shopping to restaurants and stuff like that. I like the fact that there are transportation services. It was expensive but it wasn't overly expensive. The staff was good. She was very friendly and very warm. She made you feel that she cared about everybody else and was able to make sure that if you left a family member there that they would be looked after, and it was a tight-knit community. It felt like a hotel. They have a courtyard, a pool, and a place to garden. They have nice patios for you to get out and sit in. There's a little bistro table and chairs and stuff like that.

My sister-in-law likes Vista de la Montana. The price was right. It's a good start for her after living on her own for many years. She seems to be enjoying it. She is in independent living, and at some point, she may have to move on to another place, but for her, the challenge was getting her into some type of senior living because she never wanted to do it. I'm glad we found this place because it's very acceptable and very spacious, and the people are so friendly.

I have visited Vista de la Montana and we liked it, but we still have a lot of decisions to make. It was clean and presentable. I like it and I think my grandmother would like it, too. The staff was really friendly. The facility seemed pretty comprehensive. They have a barbershop and salon, a chapel, gym, library, activities room, she says, and they have a knitting group. It looked very clean. It's just about 15 minutes down the road for me, so it's pretty central to most people. We like that one; it's in our price range. If we go forward with moving her out, we would probably pick that one.

Vista de la Montana is very well kept up and very nicely decorated. The one-bedroom is very well laid out. You could walk around, and it looks comfortable. I did see the athletic area where they have bicycles, an area where they play cards, and an area where they make crafts. The meal was well done and tasty. I would certainly recommend it. I did hear from my brother that they have a bus service that accommodates them. They can take them to doctor's appointments. They are very active, and I'm comfortable with that because that's what I was looking for, something where he just wasn't sitting all day. He has been there for two weeks now. I did hear that they have bingo. I think I can go and do bingo with him. They have little groups where they play cards. So far, he has been very happy and that makes me happy.

I toured Vista de la Montana for my mother. The tour was very good. They were still kind of coming out of Covid, but I think they were scheduled to get the shots. I felt very comfortable being there, and the tour was really amazing. The one who assisted me on the tour took me to every amenity, as well as a couple of the apartments. She let me take a look at those as well. They had a kitchen where the tenants could go down and cook, if they wanted to cook something; they don't really have any kind of appliances in the apartment. They also had what I'd like to call a rec room. It is where you go play games or come hang out with some other people; they do activity type of things. One other thing that I really liked is what I call a little monitor. She showed me an example of a gentleman who took a walk and got disoriented, so he was able to just push the button. and it has a GPS on it. They knew exactly where he was, and I was able to go and get him back. I thought that was pretty impressive. I think the space was nice, but it lacked a little bit on storage. My mom has a lot of stuff, so storage is a big deal. The apartment itself was very nice. They have outside patios, and they were amazing. We looked at a couple of apartments that were on the end, so they had a whole wraparound patio. It was a great space outside. For activities, she showed me a list with a little calendar that they had. Right off the top of my head, I remember they do arts and crafts and they have bingo. I believe they had a Bible study class, and probably some other things; but that's all I can remember right off the top of my head. The place is very well kept, and the staff was friendly. The one who toured me was the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable, and she was able to really explain when I had questions. She had the answers right away. The place was very neat, very clean, and well kept. The outside maintenance and stuff were very nice. The building was painted up, and it was really nice.

I will be moving into Vista de la Montana because I liked everything I saw. When we toured the place, the people were very friendly and very helpful. I was only interested in their Villas. They had one available, and that's how I looked at it. It was clean, and it was just what I wanted. It was a 2-bedroom with about a thousand square feet, and they were separated from the main apartments. They have a pool, a dining room, a beauty salon, and several other things like a library. They have a TV lounge and a large dining room.

My mother-in-law will be moving to Vista de la Montana. The staff was wonderful. The facility was nice, clean and warm. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was handicapped equipped with grab bars. There's a sink, refrigerator, cupboards, kitchen area, and there's ample storage space. They had activities. She will be receiving daily home care from a contracted agency. The facility is independent living, but we're wrapping it around with home care services because she has greater needs. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the facility was bright and warm.

I visited Vista de la Montana. Because of Covid, they were more closed down and people were not allowed out and they were serving meals in their rooms. I saw a 2-bedroom apartment and it was nice. It was a little older and not as bright as the other one I saw. But it had a lot of trees and grass and I am interested in those things. It is very nice, but it needs brightening up. The outdoor is very nice, too. There is a lot of medical services and the hospital about three blocks away.

Vista de la Montana was very nice and very clean, and a little newer than the other place I visited. They had a heated pool and the same kind of activities as the other place. The only thing is they don't have a full-time activities director. The people were very kind and very nice. The facility was clean, and the people there seemed happy. Their dining room was a little smaller and because of Covid, there were less people that could eat in the dining room, but they also decorated for the holidays.

My Mom has lived here for six years. The staff, current and past, have been wonderful and caring. They take the time to keep the residents informed about activities and/or issues of interest. During normal situations, the shuttle bus takes residents to various stores and appointments. Logistically, the residence is close to shopping and medical facilities. I can't say enough about the meals -the food is gourmet and there are different selections to chose from. Compared to other facilities that I have lived in and/or toured, Vista de La Montana is the BEST and most reasonable for the amenities provided.

Vista de la Montana is very nice and it met my expectations. They're doing the best they can to accommodate our needs despite the virus and being restricted to our apartments. There are no group activities right now, but they have a daily printout of activities and games. The food falls somewhat short. I would like to get more vegetables, fruits and salad rather than meat, potatoes, and vegetables. They also provide snacks, but there's no opportunity for a better diet. We have three meals and two snacks, and they come up with something good every once in a while. The facility is very well planned out. We have opportunities for walking in the hallway. We had better choices when the dining room was open, and my family was very impressed with the food. The apartment complex is really nice. I live on the first floor. Everything's lovely, and I have a nice patio. They have beautiful landscaping as well. However, I requested maintenance for my torn linoleum and screen and needed some help putting a rug under my coffee table, and I waited weeks to get them done. I love the walkway around the facility, and I love the rooms. I like this place. The reception people are lovely and very nice.

My mother has lived at this facility for some time now, and she has been overly pleased with the constant care and the lovingly supportive staff - without exception. I eat and attend many musical and dessert functions offered there, so I know this is the place I would like to be when the time comes. I still cannot believe all the well-prepared food choices offered at each meal – and you can choose items from each entree and have it delivered to the resident's apartment when they are under the weather. The building manager, Wesley, is never short of hugs and kind words for each resident, and he will go out of his way to see smiles on all the residents' faces. Debbie is the most talented program director I've met, offering vitality and excitement to each event on the daily schedule. The endless bus outings are also what my mother loves, especially to see her doctors and shop for sewing materials in local stores. The building is attractive with hundreds of large pieces of art and kept immaculately clean. But my mother loves most her huge veranda where she waters a large assortment of flowering plants and where she enjoys her new lawn furniture. Her car is parked where she can see it in covered parking. And my mother likes the evening activities because she is not ready for bed at 7 PM. on Saturday nights. Last, I was surprised to know her rent included all utilities and the services of a housekeeper. Amazing place, indeed.

Vista de la Montana wasn't very updated or modern, but it was clean and nice. The decor and design were more little old ladies and flower print. They only had a couple of separate casitas. Most of the apartments were inside one building, and that's not what we're looking for. They had a real librarian there. The exercise room was not very extensive. It looked more like assisted living, and I saw residents throwing beanbag to a board. My brother is younger than them, and he wasn't quite ready for a group activity like that. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. The location was close to shopping, to restaurants, and to the hospital.

I went to Vista de la Montana. The two staff members I talked to were cordial, excited, and welcoming. The executive director gave us a full tour. The building itself was very clean and very quiet. They had a nice library and some sort of a meeting room, but the community was very quiet. It looked like it was a newer building than the other place, but the kitchen was like something in a motel room. You just walk up to a sink, there's a couple of cabinets around it, and there was a microwave and a half refrigerator, so I would say that there was no kitchen at all. The rooms are nice, and they provide three meals a day. However, Vista de la Montana looked like a place where people were waiting to die. The place was well kept, it looked almost new, and the people were very nice; however, it wasn't going to suit me.

I moved my mother into a one bedroom apartment at Vista de la Montana recently. She is so happy with everything they offer and just fell in love with her apartment and gorgeous view of the mountains from her balcony. Her apartment and fixtures look brand new, even though it's an older building. The staff truly treats the residents like family and is very concerned for their safety and comfort. The office manager, Judy, is so welcoming and accommodating. The assistant manager, Wes, is a great fit for the job. His priority is caring for the residents and you'll find him making the rounds at mealtime, engaging with "his family." He is very kind-hearted and loves to serve others. Lidia, our salesperson, took the time to get to know and understand mom's needs. She was not pushy for one second, but she answered all of our questions and found the answers if she didn't know, but she was very knowledgeable. One of the websites mentions safety pull cords in the units, but the old system has been replaced with a wearable pendant with GPS tracking and emergency response is notified at the push of a button in event of a fall or other urgent need. It gives me and my family peace of mind to know that mom is in good hands. The menu is chef selected and the sous chef, John, is very talented and uses generations-old family recipes that are delicious. My mother is very pleased with the dining options, 3 full meals daily, snacks & coffee available any time. She hasn't gotten involved in the activities yet, but in time she will. After she saw what Vista de la Montana had to offer, she knew it was the right place for her and didn't want to look any further. Kudos to the Holiday company and the excellent staff, from management to housekeeping and everyone in between--you're doing a fantastic job! Thank you all!

Vista de la Montana was nicely kept on the outside. The people are all very friendly, and it is close to where Pat lives now. It was a little more expensive than she could afford, but she liked it. We went and had lunch, and they were very nice to us. The food was good. They had 3 meals a day. Breakfast might have been a Continental breakfast, but they had a lunch and dinner. They had plenty of activities. They had a pool and a Jacuzzi. They played cards. There was a library and a community place to watch movies. They had brought in some dogs while we were there. They were like the working-type dogs. They had vests on, and they were demonstrating the different things they could do. It was pretty cool.

My friend gets a lot more care at Vista de la Montana than he did at the other place, but it is set up for that, so I think it is good. The only thing maybe if they had more bathrooms. But the advantage of having the bathrooms like that is because if you had your own bathroom, you could fall down, and nobody would know you fell down for a while. His room is good. He brought some of his furniture, and he is comfortable there. They have games, they have people come in, and they have Bingo and card games. The dining room is like family style where there is a big table, and they all eat at it. He’s got a TV in his room and a closet for his clothes, and the bathroom is just outside his door. It is not very far to any amenities ,and they take him there if he needs something. If he wants some different kind of food, they will make it for him. He is looked after pretty good.

We visited Vista de la Montana. It looked a little bit tired, but they were constantly working on that. We looked at a studio apartment and a single-bedroom apartment. The studio was in the process of being upgraded. The person that assisted me was quite helpful and gave me quite a tour. I thought the dining area was the selling point. It was very well managed and had lots of choices. They didn't serve much in the middle of the day, but for breakfast and dinner, there was quite a selection to choose from.

Vista de la Montana was a newer facility. The pricing was a little higher but for the amenities and everything included, I felt that it was a fair price. I was very impressed. It was right off the main road, Grand Avenue, so it was a really nice location. It looked like they had a crafts display or something that they were just dismantling when we came in the main foyer area; maybe Christmas crafts. The assistant general manager showed us around, and I was very impressed with his manner. I have referred this place to other people who have inquired because I was very impressed.

The apartments at Vista de la Montana were too small for me, but the dining area was nice, and all your meals were included. The residents seemed happy and friendly to the people that supervised, and the staff was very friendly. They had a lot of activities like board games, ping-pong, and people that came in and entertain.

Vista de la Montana was very nice. They had separate apartments all in one building, like a hotel. They had a hot tub and pool. They brought in entertainment, bingo, and games that you could play anytime, like chess and pool.

My parents moved to Vista de la Montana. What makes it a standout is the casita. They have 3 casitas, a 2 two-bedroom, and a single bedroom. One of the two-bedrooms happened to be available the day that we dropped by. We looked at it, and it is a done deal. For an independent living facility, it has a third-party provider on site that can provide all of the services that an assisted living facility can. My mom and dad are both able to live there at independent living prices, and my dad can receive assisted living services.

I was impressed with Vista de la Montana. They had 3 meals a day; we ate there, and the food was good. They had some decent-sized rooms, and they had a variety of rooms, so that was good. The biggest thing that turned me off there was they hardly showed us or told us anything. They gave us a folder when he was leaving -- which I thought would be full of information -- but it hardly had any information at all. The people I talked to there really liked the place. I was impressed with the place, just not with what they showed us and told us.

My friend moved to Vista de la Montana. It is lovely. It is an old building, but it is very and very well kept. I had lunch there and the food was delicious. My friend is very happy with the move. The dining area is very nice. It has round tables with chairs on rollers. The general appearance is very nice. I am very impressed. They have a library, a pool, and a piano in the lobby. She told me they also have entertainment every Friday.

My mom was at Vista de la Montana in independent living. They have all kinds of activities all of the time. They have a physical fitness room with machines and a big television to show movies to people who want movies. They have snacks out all of the time, three meals a day, and an excellent chef who cooks the meals. They have bus transportation, so you can go to the doctor or to the store and little trips. They have housekeeping and clean your apartment twice a week. You can pay extra and have them do laundry. She had a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, a living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom, and two closets. It's very nice. The staff was very good and excellent. They were always attentive and could always help you out anytime you needed something. They had people to help you with whatever you needed. They would help with the organization of activities. The management was very good. What was really nice about being with Holiday is they own over 250 in the world and if you wanted to go visit Hawaii, you just call up, and they'll reserve a room for you at their facility. You have to pay for your own transportation but while you're visiting their facility, you pay rent at YOUR facility, so you don't have to pay rent at the OTHER facility, and you also get three meals a day. It's like you're at home, only you're in Hawaii for a week, so it's very nice! They were excellent.

My friend was in Vista de la Montana. They had a big dining room for their residents, and his room had a balcony. The people were nice. They could've used a little bit of updating. The staff and the services were very good, but they tended to change staff, and the place is only as good as the people they have at any given time. They had bingo and poker, a piano, and a chapel. They had everything. It was a pretty nice place. I ate there, and the food was great.

Vista de la Montana was nice. I only had a short time there, but the staff accommodated me. We rushed around. We saw their nice library and dining room. The walkway wrapped around the center, so you could see down into the middle of things, and I thought that was really cool. From the walkway, you could see the library and the activity rooms. The staff was awesome. They were very nice. Everything, from what I saw, was nice. The entrance was nice, and there was ample parking for visitors. The place was in a nice location. Inside, it was very attractive. The manager greeted me and showed me the place.

I really liked Vista de la Montana. People there were really friendly, the staff seemed really caring, and the pricing was pretty good for independent-living. We looked at a studio apartment, and a one-bedroom. They were nice, clean, and actually pretty spacious. It was very clean.

It's very clean and welcoming. Everyone is very approachable, kind, gracious and willing to be helpful. My mother's room is spacious for a single person. The meals taste good, well balanced, and lots of variety. They do a lot of outings, taking the residents out for errands, doctor's appointments, movies, and other social events. Inside they have a lot of card games, they invite musicians, they have a lot of social gatherings in their community room around the piano, and the residents really enjoy that. The best about Vista de la Montana is the feeling of security and that my mother is looked after. The dining area is clean, very upbeat, warm, and friendly. You can tell that everyone is enjoying there.

Vista de la Montana is a Holiday property. They were quite homey, and I was very comfortable there. In fact, if I was going into a place, I would choose this place. The staffs were very helpful to me. I haven't had a chance to eat there though. The rooms were nice, and I believe they had a studio, but it was occupied. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom places, and they were all quite nice. I didn't find anything to ask them to improve on. They had a lot of inside activities too. The people were quite happy there.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and nice. The nice thing about Vista de la Montana is that they have a couple that lives there 24 hours, which is kind of a nice little extra. The rooms were nice and clean, and the menus were good. If we could afford it, we probably would have put mom in a bigger unit there. It was just too much money for her, but it's definitely worth the money for what they do for them. They clean their facilities once a week and, of course, they can do their own laundry. There is a Laundromat on every corner. It has everything, and it is just really nice.

When you walk in the door of Vista de la Montana, it is all bright, sunny, and very homey. The staff is great. I had lunch there, and they had a little bit more to their meals than the other facility I went to. Their chef was great. The people were friendly. In fact, some of them came to sit with me. The rooms were a little bit bigger than the other facility, and they were brighter. They had patios on the ground floor and balconies on the second and third floor. There was plenty of room for furniture, and the view was nice. I felt very at home in this place. They had all kind of activities like crafts and games. I even played Wii bowling and bingo with them the last time I was there.

I moved into Vista de la Montana. I liked it because it has a hot tub, a swimming pool, and plenty of activities available. It has excellent food. My room is just great. It is a studio, and there is plenty of room, lots of closet space, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful. They're always there when you need them. I'm just really pleased with the managers and the assistant managers.

Vista de la Montaña is a nice facility. I saw their smallest room, and it was nice. The people were OK, but not as welcoming as I thought they would have been. The people there could be a little more welcoming.

We saw Vista de la Montana one time because it's very close to our neighborhood, but we couldn’t afford the facility. I liked everything about it. I like the floor plan as it was very spacious for what you are getting. Everyone we talked to was very agreeable, very nice, and helpful. If I have the money, I will signed on the place.

We chose Vista de la Montana for my brother because it's convenient to where we live. They provide three meals a day and they have bathrooms that are wheelchair-compatible which the other facilities did not have. My brother seems to be settling in well. He hasn’t complained about the food. As far as the amenities of the facility go, I think they are sufficient for his needs. He has a studio apartment. The staff so far are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms that we saw at Vista de la Montana were very nice. We saw furnished rooms, so they were well-appointed and had plenty of room. The gentleman who showed us around was very accommodating and he showed us things that we hadn't even thought of. My daughter took the outside tour with him because I don't walk too well, and she said it was very nice. I think their price was good. We were seated for lunch, which was very nice, and then the waiter asked if we would like a small or large dinner or however they worded it. We had the small version and it was more than enough; it was well-cooked and very tasty. We were told about what their activities were within the place. Financially, I would not consider this place for myself, but I would recommend it to others. I liked the roominess. I didn't feel cramped in the dining room and it was a fairly large room with a lot of people in it. They had a television room -- or maybe it was a movie room -- which was set up like a small theater and it was nice. I think they had another place where you could play cards or games or something, and then they had some refreshments that would be available to people using that place.

You get what you pay for. This is relatively cheap. Mom lived here for four years in a very nice apartment. I suspect they don't pay their people much, as we have seen at least six managers in the last four years. The staff is nice. The place is becoming more shabby over time. The arrangement where you must sit for meals within a certain time means the residents spend 3-5 hours a day sitting in the dining room. There are activities and transportation. "Green Girls" can be hired for extra help. A big weakness is if a resident has no family paying attention there can be medical or personal issues that simply fall through the cracks. You live there and truly are on your own.

Vista de la Montana was very nice and it was spotless. It had nice rooms and they serve three meals a day. They had an exercise room, reading room, TV room, and billiard room. I only met two people and they were as friendly as could be.

Vista Dela Montana was nice, but I thought it was a little expensive. The staff was very nice, and their attitude was super. The rooms were spacious, but it was just a little more than I wanted to pay. I liked that it's in a good location.

I liked Vista de la Montana. The place was very clean. The people seemed very friendly and the services they had seemed very good. We looked at a 1-bedroom, which was not really huge, and we also looked at 2-beds, which we liked. They had different floor plans, and they were clean. The dining room and the food were very good. I didn't see anything negative at all; everything I saw was positive. Overall, they were very good.

Vista de la Montana is a Holiday company. I visited this place because someone recommended it to me. What I like about that one was the fact they didn't have a full kitchen in their apartments. They didn't feel you need one but you did have an area with a sink, a cabinet and a refrigerator. If you want to cook, you can bring along a microwave. I like the fact that their apartments seemed larger only because the kitchen didn't take a lot of room. They're similar as with the other facilities I visited, but were larger. The apartments on the upper level have nice outdoor deck. They were roomy. I mean it just wasn't a little spot with a room just enough for two chairs. Some of these just went around the whole unit, especially if it was on a corner. That was very nice. Also the decorations inside the facility were very nice. The hallways had lovely pictures and the common areas were nicely decorated. They did have very nice dining room. Their staff was very friendly. The food was very good. Finally, the Holiday has this feature where if you want to visit any of their other places, you're free to visit. Say you have a relative in another city and you want to visit, but you don't want to stay with your relatives. You can stay at one of these Holiday places.

My Mom went there with the mind set she would not like the place; because she didn't want to be with "old" people. Guess what, she made friends! And goes shopping on the bus,and Casino trips!. She tells me about the wonderful entertainment, professional singers, dancing. This past week at Christmas a horse and buggy took them for rides. She has more fun than I do! She plays wii bowling ,on a team, and other activities. She is busy and busy is good. They are fed 3 meals a day in an area that looks like it is set up for a wedding. Housekeeping was an added bonus for us and IS included. You can even get your hair done there. There is shopping literally next door. The apartments are spacious and private. with a living room, kitchenette (no stove)'bedroom and bath, tons of closet space. For the price , this is a great spot for your senior !

We did not like Vista de la Montana. It was shabby looking. My father didn't like the way the meals were serve because you had to go within an hour and a half time for you to sit down and they just put stuff around to the table and the food is not that good. The person we worked with was excellent, but we didn't particularly like anything about this facility.
