"We like Legacy House of Avondale because of the price. It was lower per month and as my mom gets older, their price program is considerably more affordable and they also provide more within that price structure. So, if you get to a level five, your price structure is considerably lower and they're able to perform more in regards to medical because their staff is more certified than the other ones. Their amenities are right up there with everybody else, probably even a little bit more. They have a movie theater, a lot of activities like arts, crafts, and physical therapy type stuff. You got a salon, too, and a library. They bring in some pretty talented people once a week for entertainment. The only food we tried was the leftover pie that the person there gave us. He had a business meeting before we got there and he had that. It was baked there, which was very good. We walked the hall for quite a long time, an hour and a half, and we talked to other residents there and they were like "Man, this place is great and the food is good.""

"My mom has moved into Liberty Assisted Living Home. When we went to do the walk-through, it was very clean. The people that were there were very happy and they were telling us that they were very pleased. Me and my brother had gone to go look at the property, and that was the first place that we went. We went with them because we were very pleased with them. The staff is very, very nice. My mom loves it. Every time I come over, everyone is sitting in a group setting. To me, as long as my mom says she loves it, she loves it because my mom's a little picky."

"My father is in Hacienda Del Rey. What I like best is the homey feel of it, the way the casitas are set up, the way that there is a large porch walkway area, and it's roomy. The staff has been wonderful. I've gotten a hold of people when I needed to speak with them. They have been helpful. They have contacted me with information, concerns, or questions. It's like working with a team, and I am involved in that team. It's not just them and then me and then him. We're all working together to support my father in his care, and it's been amazing. The communication is just next level. I have not tasted their food yet, but it looked and smelled amazing. It is cleaner than my apartment. It's very bright, very nice, and very open. It's got high vaulted ceilings, so you don't feel closed in. It doesn't feel like it's a locked facility, even though they do have the alarms on the doors because it is memory care, and the residents have a tendency to walk and wander and things of that nature. It's very inviting, and everything is so nice. It's not mismatched or kind of off. The residents sit at an actual dinner table to have their lunches, breakfast, and dinner. It feels like home. It is incredible. I know that they have been looking for specific activities for him based on his background as an auto technician. I know they had puzzles and a separate room with a TV and books, like a nook library and things like that. They said they do karaoke, dance, bingo, and a couple of other things in the main community. I'm not entirely certain what they're going to have for the memory care area at this moment."

"My grandpa recently passed away during the holidays and was a resident at Destiny Care Home since June of this year. Every time my family and I went to visit Destiny Care Home we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and the house would always be spotless to the touch. My grandpa considered Viviane and Bruno like family because of how well they cared for him and always made him feel at home. They prepared his favorite meals, watched tv with him, engaged in different activities with him, and on his final days made him feel as comfortable as possible which gave my family and I so much peace and comfort during this hard time. If anyone is looking for a care home for their loved one, I would highly without a doubt recommend Destiny Care Home! There was no other place my grandpa wanted to be but in the comfort of Destiny Care Home with people he considered family."

"I placed my mother in the facility during the COVID lockdown. I lived on the West coast and was unable to personally visit the facility. With the help of an excellent placement agency, my Mom was comfortably placed. The constant communication from the staff was excellent. The loving care provided my Mom gave me comfort. I highly recommend this facility if you are seeking a reputable, skilled and loving home for your loved one."

"The staff was extremely caring and helpful as to explaining the care they would provide as well as touring the neighborhood to show my grandmother the activities that were available in the community. This included the senior citizen center, which we were told sponsored bingo day and arts and crafts days where my grandmother would be allowed to mingle and relieve her of boredom, especially because she was unfamiliar with this specific area (She lived in East Valley originally). They also provided menu's as to what they would be serving for the month as well as daily activities they had within the facility, specifically the finer arts like crocheting and knitting, which I was sure she will enjoy. The neighborhood is a little on the "iffy" side but the price of the facility ($1900) more than made up for those issues, as the east valley where she wanted to be was a much more expensive option that wasn't feasible. This facility was the best choice I ever made. Overall, I'm impressed with the facility and if I were to be forced to board her up again in a facility, I'd definitely choose Angel's Castle Care. "

"My mom is a resident of MorningStar Senior Living at Golden Ridge. The staff is very considerate and very helpful in everything. They give you a variety of food, but it doesn't taste like anything. It's bland. It's a good atmosphere, very nice, and kept clean. They had a lot of stuff. They do help her out on certain things. She did have a pendant that she pressed, and then somebody would come. The money was decent, and then they raised their rent for the first year, so that's why my mom had to go where she had to go."

"I moved to Glencroft Center for Modern Aging. The people are so patient and understanding. They were so patient with me and helped me out and explained everything. So it was a very good experience. I've just been in my room. I'm still putting things away and getting set up, but I haven't gone out and used any of the other facilities yet. I've seen all of them. They look excellent. They were holding on the day I moved in, a Cowboy barbecue event. Things are going on all the time."

"Compassionate Senior Care LLC is an actual home, so there's a very small amount of residents. They only take five. They have a beautiful backyard courtyard area, and there is 24/7 staff, but it's the same staff, so the residents get to know everybody, and it becomes kind of a little family unit. It's home cooking. The staff was amazing. They answered all of our questions. They were very welcoming. They were having lunch when we came by, and they offered to feed us, and it smelled fantastic. It's a traditional house that was turned into a nursing home, but the cleanliness was amazing for it to be a typical house. You could smell how clean it was when you walked in, but it wasn't overpowering like a hospital. It smelled fresh, and it was immaculate. The room we saw was very nicely done, and the residents were clean and nice. They invited us to watch TV with them and were sad that we left. They were welcoming. They wanted us to sit down and eat with them and watch a movie with them. The facility was clean. They had structured time throughout the day where they did activities. They had people coming in to do activities with them."

"My mother was in D&L Adult Care Home for almost 9 years. They took such good care of her and treated her as if she was a member of their family. The last four years my mother was completely bedridden and she had no bedsores or pressure spots on her. There was never a hospital smell to the home. My mother always enjoyed the home cooked meals. I would recommend D&L Adult Care Home without reservations.. "

"We toured Adobe Country Gables. It's a beautiful, massive house. It's a regular home, but it's big. It's a mansion. It's like eight bedrooms. It's very well put together. That wasn't the selling point. The selling point was the owner. The guy that owns the place, was so good with the people that live there. He has a great setup. He's been doing this since he was a kid. He's very good. He knows exactly what he's doing. He has no qualms about any of the jobs that need to be done. He has little routines that they do. He'll take certain ones out to do certain things and the other ones to do other things. He's very structured that way and they like him very much. There is like one little tiny closet in a room that would be perfect for somebody who was getting arrested or something, but the rest of the rooms were beautiful, they were big, they had big windows and interiors, bright colored ceilings, and it was fabulous. I loved the place."
