"The tour I had at Park Senior Villas-Goodyear was awesome. The receptionist was very pleased when we walked into the office. She immediately got the person that was going to do our tour. We sat in a nice conference room with a glass window just to look over the information while we waited for our tour guide. When the lady came to give us the tour, she started in the assisted living area and we kind of went from there to the memory care building. We were able to see multiple rooms, shared rooms, and private rooms. Then she took us to the memory care and we were able to meet a couple of residents there. All the staff was so nice. There was a caregiver and a custodian that we met and they were on their lunch break. They were super friendly and seemed happy to be at work like they like their job. I liked that the residents ate their meals together. What I like about their kitchen or their meals is the residents can have choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So, if there's something for breakfast that they're all having, they can make some changes to their breakfast and get something else. So that was kind of nice to see that they cared about what the residents wanted. They have snacks left out for the resident to have if they want it to. The rooms were nice size. The private rooms were the larger ones. A lot of the residents have a sofa and a television, so they had a little sitting area in addition to the bed and everything. The rooms we walked into looked like someone's home. They were decorated to that person's satisfaction. They have pictures up on the wall or paintings. One lady had a cat. So, just different things like that. I would probably pick this facility because I feel my mother-in-law was like those residents. She would like to make friends with some of them and it seemed more like a family unit. They were doing activities and stuff together in the building, not isolating themselves. That part was nice. The building was just a little bit older. That's not a huge deal though."

"The staff was extremely caring and helpful as to explaining the care they would provide as well as touring the neighborhood to show my grandmother the activities that were available in the community. This included the senior citizen center, which we were told sponsored bingo day and arts and crafts days where my grandmother would be allowed to mingle and relieve her of boredom, especially because she was unfamiliar with this specific area (She lived in East Valley originally). They also provided menu's as to what they would be serving for the month as well as daily activities they had within the facility, specifically the finer arts like crocheting and knitting, which I was sure she will enjoy. The neighborhood is a little on the "iffy" side but the price of the facility ($1900) more than made up for those issues, as the east valley where she wanted to be was a much more expensive option that wasn't feasible. This facility was the best choice I ever made. Overall, I'm impressed with the facility and if I were to be forced to board her up again in a facility, I'd definitely choose Angel's Castle Care. "

"My father in law has been a resident for the past year. The individuals who care have increased his quality of life exponentially. He has a wonderful relationship with the staff, Nicole (director of nursing) and Carrie (director of the home) are both amazing women who care deeply for their residents. We have found great comfort having my father in law reside closer to us and knowing that he is having his needs met. They are still experiencing some covid/employment issues (aren't we all) but I would absolutely recommend this establishment for your family member."

"Samantha gave me the tour of Compassionate Senior Care LLC, and she was very friendly and very nice. She took me through the house and explained everything. I didn't see a food schedule, but I saw what she had fixed to eat and it was a very healthy meal. It was sandwiches and some fruits and vegetables and stuff to drink. The people were all sitting at the table and everybody was happy, very talkative, and very friendly. All the residents seemed very happy. The layout of the house seemed to be good. They had a shady spot to sit in the backyard. It was just a plain, nice, and clean house. The staff was very friendly and made you feel at home."

"My husband is at Adobe Country Gables. The owner is so considerate, warm, and runs his house like a home. He said, "The people here are like our family. We even have little birthday parties." So this is more of a family kind of setting, which is unusual, and I wanted my husband in a small facility like Adobe Country Gables, not a large one. Their nurses are cheerful and outgoing. Everybody is welcome to go there at any time during the day. You don't have to make an appointment to come and see them, which is good. I like that. My husband was excited about the food yesterday. They had homemade stuffed green peppers for lunch, and he was very happy with it. They have a big outdoor area with full grass, palm trees, and chairs. It's really like a home. Also, my house is just ten blocks from this community, so I know the neighborhood. The owner said he's had this facility for years, and he seems very concerned and considerate to what your needs are. "

"In Angel Arms is fine. The only problem I have right now is they've raised the prices again, but other than that, they have good care, and the place is very clean. He has a nice room, and they take good care of him, including with bathing him. They don't have many activities. They have an outside area. They take care of all the medication. The day staff is wonderful. The food is very nutritious. The place is very clean, nice, and kept up well."

"I don't know everybody at The Woodmark at Sun City yet. I had very very good luck with Jerry who was the man that I dealt with on the phone about visiting the Woodmark. I was sorry to hear that he resigned his position because I thought he did a very good job answering my questions. I met another staff member and she is the executive director. She met with my cousin as well and I thought that she was very thorough in her interview. Monique, the nurse, came in and visited with my cousin and I thought she was very thorough also. I also dealt with some of the night staff while I was there visiting and moving her things. They were very helpful. They helped me navigate the hall and told me things about medication and when that will be administered. So far, my experience with the staff has been very good, although very limited due to COVID. The activities there are still limited as well. I met Andy who is the activities director. I thought he was very personable and he told me that the activities will be opening this week with social distancing. I thought the food was excellent, and I think they're doing a really good job with the food. The facilities need some updating, but my understanding is that they're going to remodel."

"I like Kingswood Place because it was a small facility, and I was impressed with it. I thought it had a nice layout. I enjoyed the interview I had with them, and I was very impressed with the director. It was a very good and thorough interview. They had comparable amenities with the other facilities I toured."
