"We used Right at Home Northwest Phoenix for my husband. We've only had someone come once. I've had a happy time with them. I would recommend them. It was the first company that I called. A gentleman came out and explained what they do and what they provide. It seemed to have the service that I was looking for, so that's what we did. They come into the home. We've chosen a four-hour time frame because it's the cheapest way to go. They will do typical care options. At this point, my husband doesn't need a whole lot of care. I just need someone to sit with him while I'm gone. The person we had was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their billing seemed fair."

"My father has been using Arcadia Home Care & Staffing - Glendale for about four months now. It's been really good. Destiny, the woman I speak with all the time, does all the scheduling. It's just been a godsend for me because they give me respite care, plus they come over and they give him a shower and stuff. It's three times a week and then I get six hours a week of respite care. My dad loves Christy. Destiny has always had somebody when I needed them. They've been doing a really good job for me. I can't say enough about Christy. She gets booked out so much because she's really good. My dad who doesn't like a lot of people, loves her from day one. There's another girl named Nancy who has come over. I came home, and she had a nice meal cooked for him, and I didn't even ask her to do it. She is really taking care of him like he was family. Christy does exercises with him and gives him a shower and whatever he needs. I asked them, "Don't clean my house, you guys don't need to do it," but I come home and the kitchen is all cleaned up for me, and they're sitting on the couch talking and laughing. Christy shaves his face every time she comes, which saves me a lot of money. She just does a great job. I wish I could have her all the time. It's just nice to know that if I had something I needed to go do, I can do it spur of the moment. Destiny's really good at getting me in the spur of the moment, and a couple of times when I've done that, she sent different girls because the other ones weren't available. There's only been one time, and it wasn't Destiny's fault because I have three big dogs, and one girl came over and she's afraid of dogs. The girl didn't have that on her resume or whatever. Other than that, it's been really good. Another thing that I really love is that both Christy and Nancy take my dad out in the backyard, and they play ball with the dogs, and it's just awesome."

"We have started using Qualicare Home Care of Scottsdale. Everything is going well. They communicate excellently. If we have any type of issue, it's immediately addressed. Any type of changes in care and things, they're quick to follow. We have currently experienced two different caregivers. They're both good. The current caregiver that my mom has right now, Janice, is excellent. They assist my mom with meals, and they go on walks. She does PT exercises. They assist with hair washing. They also provide social activities such as playing cards and games. They get paid a good wage, and it's a service that we need, so I guess it's fair value. No problem with billing. I also like the initial meeting where they come out with a registered nurse, and we go over everything before they start. If we do have any issues or anything with a caregiver, it's easily addressed."
