We have started using Qualicare Home Care of Scottsdale. Everything is going well. They communicate excellently. If we have any type of issue, it's immediately addressed. Any type of changes in care and things, they're quick to follow. We have currently experienced two different caregivers. They're both good. The current caregiver that my mom has right now, Janice, is excellent. They assist my mom with meals, and they go on walks. She does PT exercises. They assist with hair washing. They also provide social activities such as playing cards and games. They get paid a good wage, and it's a service that we need, so I guess it's fair value. No problem with billing. I also like the initial meeting where they come out with a registered nurse, and we go over everything before they start. If we do have any issues or anything with a caregiver, it's easily addressed.

I started using Qualicare Home Care of Scottsdale a week and a half ago. I'm happy with them. They are good communicators. The people show up on time. They're very helpful as I'm physically declining more and more. They can take care of my needs. Several caregivers are college students, and several others are adults looking for something to do. I've had a range of both and I'm really happy with them. Their service is matched by what they said they could do. I realized in the first meeting that Corey was telling the truth about what he would do and could do, and he's performed.
