"The rooms a very appropriate and appear to be the correct size and spacing. Kitchens have space for resident's needs. The staff is phenomenal. They call the residents by their name and are respectful of their privacy but are available when needed. Medical staff is on top of things with care and follow-up. Need something to do? Activities galore...EVERYDAY!"

"This place rates with a 5 star Hotel everything is kept brand new. I have spent 2 week in there rehab center for a broken hip. This is like living in a hotel. The food is great, you select 3 fresh cooked meals a day. The doctors are top of the line, the care for your every need. Nursing and care staff are there every minute you need them 24-7. The therapist with there hands on care are understanding, caring, and attend to your every need. They want you to get better!!! And help in every way to make it happen. The cleaning staff keep this place Immaculate. “No Hospital Smell” The front office staff has made all the paperwork and transition to home a perfect and smooth experience. They make sure your insurance, after care doctors, home care nurses are all taken care of before you even leave everything processed correctly the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone for long term living or Rehabilitation care. What a great place to be when you really need help!"

"I have been a resident of Friendship Village for 6 years. To date I reside in an Independent Living apartment. During late August and early Sept 2024 I was hospitalized for three days and released to the Health Care facility for 7 days before returning to my apartment. I can’t say enough good things about the care I received in the Center. The nursing staff, the therapy staff and the administrative staff were helpful, kind, and considerate to me no matter the reason for the interaction. I want to mention several staff members by name: Aracely, Dom, Bailey, Jacob, and the LNA who helped with two showers during my stay. Each one, and many others, were just the right amount of attentive. I went home in control of my meds and needs and I am grateful. If you have to use help, this was the place to receive it! Thank you all!!"

"I had a bad experience with Tanner Manor Apartments. It was terrible. They didn't get anything done. They kept telling you to wait. The room was put together. It was all right and spacy. But it was hard to get windows open, and there was a lot of moisture in there. They had a community room with a pool table. Once in a while, people were coming in to play bingo, and a lot of people didn't attend."

"Westchester Senior Living is convenient because it's only a 2-story development and the grounds are easier to access for my mother. She likes this place better than others we visited. The rooms we saw were big. She likes to cook and she looked in and saw that the kitchen at her apartment is nice. There's also a nice little dining area so that she can sit and eat. There's also a wonderful large balcony area that mom could sit in, so she'd feel comfortable sitting in her own home and still getting fresh air without getting out. They have more of the activities that she's looking for like water aerobics. Our main deciding factor was the price."

"I Have lived at Phoenix Manor for 20 years and I love it here. Yes right now the landscaping looks yucky, but they are in the process of putting new landscaping in and a new sprinkler system. They will be putting in 56 trees and grass as well as stone in some places. You have to remember they have to conserve water as there is always a water shortage in AZ. The staff here are great and we even have a residents concern committee. There are activities for everyone and more to come, even a boccie ball court . Also the apartments are beautiful and you can"t beat the price that even includes utilities."

"I toured Mountain Park Senior Living. When I walked in, I knew it was a very caring place. I saw a lot of residents out in the lobby area and the bistro area, and they all were smiling and had happy faces. Most of them have been there a long time, like 5 to 10 years, so I thought the longevity of the place was inviting. It felt warm and cozy. It was a little smaller than the other place, but it was a warm and cozy feeling. The person who gave the tour was wonderful. She gave me all the information and answered all the questions that I had. My friend went with me, and she also answered all of her questions. And it was just a nice place to be. She did a great job. The dining area is a very popular dining place. The chef came out and talked to us, and I thought that was very nice and very friendly. The food smelled wonderful. They had a very diverse menu. They have outdoor spaces, too, and it's pretty. It's grassy and there's lots of plants. Out front, they have seating where you can sit and enjoy the morning and the sun. I have a dog, so I find it to be very nice, walking the dog around and seeing the area there. It's very nice."

"Palos Verdes Senior Living is very impressive. This is the best place in the area that I've seen. We chose it because of the cleanliness, and everybody is so nice and very helpful. The amenities are perfect. I can't think of anything negative to say. The staff is excellent. They're all very friendly and they dote on my brother. It is a great place for people to live. They have a gym, a library, and various social activities. They have an ice cream social and bingo a couple of times a week. For the veterans, every Thursday morning, they have a coffee time where they have snacks and coffee and talk about their military experiences. There are so many things going on all the time. They have outings to different restaurants and different stores. They have outdoor activities. They have a nice area to walk and sit outside and just enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, and talk to other people. I love it here. The food is very good."

"I toured The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living and the experience was great and helpful. The size of the rooms was good. The activities were good. The layout was good and the entire facility was. They have strength and balance classes. They have yoga classes. They have a new resident orientation, mahjong games, walking tours, movies, and card games. They have an activity room. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"This is a friendly, caring community of and for seniors. I have lived here 12 years, and though employees come and go on occasion, it has provided outstanding service for these years. And the facility is a reasonable size. Covid certainly affected the familiar, but care and services continued as before. The facility is currently undergoing upgrading."

"We toured Freedom Plaza Arizona. We thought it was great, it is beautiful inside and spacious. The thing we did not like was the cost, it was pretty high. We have friends there, so we saw their apartments and it was very large. We did eat there, and it was excellent. They had a beautiful pool, a beautiful workshop, and a separate room to do things in. They had a beautiful lobby. The staff were excellent and very nice."
