Unfortunately, our experience with this home care company was disappointing. Billing was consistently problematic, with frequent errors and a lack of transparency that required repeated follow-ups to correct. In addition, caregivers changed often, arrived late, or failed to show up as scheduled. This lack of reliability created unnecessary stress and made it difficult to trust that care needs would be met. Overall, poor management and communication overshadowed what should be a supportive service.

My husband's caregiver, Cynthia, has been with us for 2 months, and she has been wonderful. She is very caring, competent and cheerful. She also does light housework and knows what to do without having to be told. It feels like she is part of the family. Their scheduler, Vanessa, is very helpful as well. We had 2 prior caregivers that did not work out very well for us. Also, I have mentioned to the agency that I find their invoices challenging to reconcile.

We're working with Golden Heart Senior Care. They do custodial care for my husband. We're very happy with the current caregiver we have now, but can't say that was true with a couple of the former people that were here. The two previous people we got were very bad, but the person I have now is very good. I don't care for their accounting; it's very difficult to figure out their invoices.

I started by inquiring and was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge, and dedication and follow through received from day one. Golden Heart of Scottsdale has provided me with a great CNA that is currently assisting my father 6 hours a day 3 days a week. The caregiver that they sent was extremely attentive, and knowledgeable and self motivated. They have someone available 24/7 to assist with scheduling changes and or adjustments witch is nice as i work a-lot. I can not say enough good and i appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to me and my family.

My father has been a client of Golden Heart Senior Care for about 2 years now. We have two caregivers on going and with my father and they are nothing but amazing to him and our family! They care for him Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm and over night. They are very helpful, caring and attentive with my father which I highly appreciate. The office staff answers right away if I have any questions of schedule changes for my father. They are on call 24/7 which I appreciate as I am a busy women during the normal working hours, so knowing the agency is available after hours puts me at ease, thank you so much golden heart senior care!

Golden Heart of scottsdale currently cares for my Mother. The caregiver that i received feels like a part of our extended family. She is very outgoing, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The Office staff respond promptly to any questions or changes that need to be made with our schedule. Their 24 hour line ALWAYS has someone available to answer questions or concerns. I appreciate the time and dedication this agency has given me in making my mothers transition smooth.
