We used Right at Home in Goodyear for caregivers for my aunt. Dee visited my aunt every weekday for 3 years. She was an exceptional caregiver. She was so caring, helpful, knowledgable and even as my aunt's Dementia progressed she remained that way. I really don't know what we would have done without her. I worked with Daryl in the office to coordinate services and believe me when I say I went to her with any and all questions. She answered them all very professionally AND with kindness. I had heard horror stories about finding responsible caregivers and reputable organizations to work with and was delighted to find Right at Home. They were a dream to work with and made my tasks so much easier.

Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I live in another state and it was difficult for me to find a caregiver for my dad in Arizona. I called Right at Home and decided to give them a try. They were fabulous. The caregivers really helped my dad accomplish the things he needed to get done. He is 81 yrs old, and was recovering from surgery for a broken leg. He would tell me how they really helped him each day. I was noticing that my father was more calm over the phone because he new someone was coming to help him. We had the service for 3 weeks and then tapered off. Now my dad can do laundry on his own and take care of himself. I wish I could have caregivers still come because not only did they help him with daily tasks, they were great company for him. Thank you Right at Home, your caregivers are awesome people!

Right at Home is a very good company. They go through everything that you need and make sure that the caretaker has the right training. They’re caring, understanding, and always on time. They provide cooking, cleaning, and grooming. I’m very satisfied.

A wonderful program for those people needing care at home. From my experience, the person who camped to our home was an excellent person who did everything asked of her. I felt very comfortable with her. I have recommended this place to others.

Caregiver Lennette is always on time. She's an excellent driver and a very pleasant person. I feel relaxed and safe in her care. Right At Home is always able to provide a competent driver to take me to my outpatient procedures. Very accommodating folks!

We have Right At Home for 12 hours a day; morning, noon and night. We didn't find a good match for probably about two weeks, but after that everything was fine. Both of my parents love them. They're very punctual, they're great. I would recommend them.
