J.B Homecare was Awesome! We appreciated that Jo'nie was able to meet us at the last minute during the holidays. We needed help and she went above and beyond to make this work for all of us. Thank you Jo'nie! All of the health care workers were nice and well suited to the position of taking care of our Father. However, Artrice was AMAZING. Some people have natural care giving in their soul and Artrice is one of these special people. She used her time wisely and helped our family out in many ways. We are very grateful to have had her in our family for this stressful period. I have already recommended JB Homecare to several people! Thank you Again!

Right away, I liked the girl that I spoke with. She was really professional and JB Homecare sounded perfect on how they work with folks with disabilities. I'm disabled so I am having a hard time doing dishes and I can't vacuum. The girl sent me some paperwork and I just signed a short agreement. Then they set me up with a girl who has been coming out to my house. I was totally flexible to work around their schedule, but they said they're going to work around mine, so that was pretty impressive. They set me up with a girl named Marina. She is really awesome, super caring, and she isn't just coming in and flying through everything. She genuinely cares. So we set up a regular schedule every month and she comes by twice a month. When I need extra help they've always accommodated me. They're super easy to work with and very caring. I'm on disability income and so I don't have a lot of flexibility. They totally work with me on pricing and as far as I'm concerned it's really great price for the services I get. The quality and the caring is awesome. Their billing system is convenient and it helps me with whatever I need. I really like them a lot and I'm very grateful that I found them. They really do a great job and I think it's important that other places know it so they can be like their service as well.

I had a great caregiver helping me with my husband. She was great! Came in an urgent matter when not scheduled, always cheerful, ,kind and compassionate. I would use them again if needed. My husband had great care and felt real comfortable

JB Homecare has really stepped in and taken over the care of my in-laws.. My husband and I were having to drive to their home several times a week (over an hour drive for us one way). JB Homecare has given us our life back. With JB Homecare, we are confident that they are being well provided for. JB Homecare does the grocery shopping, hired a gardner for use and even arranged to have the air conditioner serviced. Thank you, JB Homecare!!

After checking around for home care prices for my parents, I found JB had the best rates in town. They informed they were not the employer of the caregiver sent to me. My brother and I found this very liberating for we could have more say in mom and dad's care, ie.. hours, days off, etc. After interviewing several caregivers, we found the PERFECT match for my parents. We have had JB Homecare since 2014, and they have never increased our rates. We highly recommend JB Homecare!
