The unit I saw at Destinations Lynnwood is really nice, and they have many activities for seniors. It's an all-senior building. They have a great location near public transit and shopping in the area. Everything they offer is really nice and lovely. The building is really ambient, very much a people place. They have everything for seniors, from lots of health and wellness programs to activities and a shuttle to the stores. They offer a certain number of units for someone who might have a restricted income. They have units that become available from time to time. They have more than one library, a media room, a sunroom, a community room, a dog park, and an outdoor courtyard. They do activities out there in the courtyard. They have just about everything going on there. There are so many activities, it's just really amazing. The staff is excellent. They have get-togethers and community potlucks, but they don't cook and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I haven't been living there yet, so I haven't really participated in any gatherings. They had a pet show going on the very day I leased, so that was a really nice note. Everything's kept up. They have beautiful laundry rooms, too.

I had an in-person tour of Destinations Lynnwood 61+ Apartment Homes. I like the environment. The people were nice. I like their layout and their sunroof. I like that they have a room where everybody can go in and just kind of commune together. I liked the patio area, which was nice, and the fact that if you want to do gardening, you can. They also have a dog walk up on the rooftop, which is nice. They have an exercise room. You can wash and dry in your unit, but if not, they do have a laundry room. They have a microwave and a stove. The bathroom was huge. The facility was so clean. I met some of the people that live there, and everybody just seemed nice. It was inviting.

Destinations Lynnwood is a very nice place and I don't have any complaints. It's a senior apartment and I'm in a regular 1-bedroom apartment. The facility itself is excellent and very well-kept. They don't do meals, but we have an activities director, a community room, and activities every day if you want to do those. The apartment is very nice, it was all repainted when I moved in. It's very expensive to live in this city.
