"I visited Holiday South Hill. They were very friendly to me. They were waiting for me to come. It was nice and everybody was very kind. I went for lunch. I went into the dining room, and then the staff showed me the apartment that had opened. The food was OK. They have a booklet, and once a month, they have a big thing out of the booklet. They're doing big things like the 4th of July and all that kind of stuff. She showed me all the rooms, like the puzzle room, the library, and things like that."

"We toured Aspire-care looking for an adult home for my husband's father. The home was immaculate inside and out. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We knew as soon as we met Grace Thud and toured the facility that this would be the place for our father/husband. She is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable for caring for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients. My husband, his mom and I all feel fortunate to have had him in her care. We highly recommend any location that Grace has."

"GenCare LifeStyle at Point Ruston was lovely, but it was just too big of a facility for my mom. Everyone was super helpful. It's just too large for my mom, so it wasn't something that, at this time, I would have considered. The person who gave the tour was very, very nice, and very helpful. All the amenities are very similar with other places, just the building itself was a bit larger, and so it just probably would not be a good fit for my mom. "

"My Mom-in-law is at Solstice Senior Living at Point Defiance and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff has been excellent and very, very thoughtful. It is well-staffed. It's a beautiful, friendly, and an open environment. They have a lot of beautiful windows and beautiful grounds. She loves her meals. They have good activities. They were having a car show the day she moved in and that was cool."

"Foundation House is fine. We thought it was a little like a hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, is always around, gives us lunch and answers all our questions. The foods were okay, but not outstanding. "

"I toured Holiday Peninsula. It was a very nice open concept in the common area and dining area. The rooms were nice, and they had air conditioning. I got to see a couple of different rooms. The staff, the people who took care of me, did a good job. It was a good tour. They showed me menus, and the dining area itself was beautiful. They have a library you can take advantage of, an exercise room with some equipment, and a room where they play different card games."

"My mom moved into Sound Vista Village a couple of weeks ago. So, we're kind of new there, but for the most part, everything is going well. I like the smaller community, and it seems like the level of nursing and care that my mom is getting is much better than where we were. The staff is great. Everybody is in the mood all the time. Big smile on their face. So life is good. The rooms were nice and clean. The food was good. They have all kinds of good stuff. They've got arts and crafts. They've got a book club. They have happy hour groups where people come in and sing."

"The gardens at Farrington Court are just outstanding and the event that they held on September 7, 2013 with Ciscoe was over the top!! The staff at Farrington Court really worked hard to make the day magical for all. They had a small farmers market going on in the front lobby and they had apartments to tour. The apartments are very spacious with full kitchens, love the remodeling and updating that they are doing in the apartments!! This is a great community with great staff!!! "

Everyone seems to have a great time. They all go on their activities together. I've eaten with her a few times, and the food is good. It's been great."
